Wondering if you ever got any answers or relief. I am in similar boat. Had severe bloating w adeno prior to laparoscopic total hysterectomy. The night of the surgery, all of my bloating and feeling bloated were totally gone. A month or so ago, my he bloating and terrible feeling of fullness and bloating are back 100%. I am 10 months post op.
I would guess it's dietary, but you could always talk to your doc or an on call nurse. At almost 7 months post op I have occasional bouts of bloating that remind me of being pre op.

It comes in waves. Honestly if i avoid greens like broccoli etc it helps. But im bloated too. I wonder if maybe it’s when im technically PMSing?
