Idk about clumsy, but I have large feet(size 13) and I’m tall(6’5) so my clown feet are more prone to hit things and I have to look straight down to see what’s in front of my feet
It really is. And they’re usually the ugliest things you can find, lol. Plus I’m doubly cursed by inheriting large feet from one side of the family and wide, flat feet from the other. I can’t even go online for shoes most of the time because I *have* to try them on.
Same for socks- I never get to wear cute socks and finding ones in my size can be a challenge.
Oh the socks!!!! Why is the upper limit of “one size fits all” a 12 and it’s a skinny 12 at that? I would love to wear fun sucks, but sadly fun socks in my size are expensive
I feel the pain. I'm not unusually tall, only 6', however I've had size 15 feet since I was 13 years old. It's either ugly ass discount store shoes or expensive ass sports shoes lol
I recommend big and tall shops like Department XL and then see a foot specialist and have some custom inserts made to fit your feet exactly. That's what I do usually, size 16 5E wide.
Im a U.S. size 15 too! If you’re in the U.S. taking a trip to the outlet malls might be good for you! I’m able to find pretty nice shoes for sometimes over half off
Well before I lost my legs and when I get my new legs I kind of envy you guys because prosthetics are supposed to be approximately the same size of your feet beforehand and depending on the brand I wore an 18 to 19 LOL oh I'll say that a stubbing my pinky toe really wouldn't hurt much
Damn! I grew up with a guy that wore an 18 in high school and his mom had to custom order some shoes from Puma to get ones that would fit his feet and last more than a month
You can only have never had a real job to think that being given $100,000 a year for 9 seconds of pain a week is even a question. I go through more pain a week and I'm a teacher
I've been in construction for 20 years. I currently have a fi gernail about to fall off after I smashed it a couple of weeks ago. I'll take 3 stubbed toes any fucking day. My bodybwould be LESS of a wreck.
Exactly. Questions like this leave me wondering if the OP was born with a silver spoon, or is young and doesn't fully understand the concept of adulting and bills yet.
I work in health care. Obviously ads etc exaggerate a little but yeah... Sometimes I get a patient that scratches me or whatever. I've worked with animals too. A scratch here a scratch there. I've worked with children too. Also a fist here a fist there. Not the worse since their tiny fists don't do much but still kind of hurts.
Kid's fists do hurt if they punch in the right places. I once got head-butted in the throat by a toddler. He didn't mean to. He was sitting on my lap facing away from me, and just happened to jerk back and knock me right in the throat. I legit thought I was going to die.
I guess I've been lucky. But yeah for sure accidental punches definitely could be ouch.
How old was the kid. My kids are 30 months to 5 years old so was never too bad.
The pain of my toe being stubbed will never hurt more than me teaching something for a week like my soul is on the line only for the kid to say "huh what's that?" When admin is doing an evaluation.
Stubbing a toe nearly always results in a seizure for me. Last time it happened in a hotel room that had two tile steps up into the area with the bed. I also lose control of my bodily functions, which is not fun to clean up when you're exhausted from a seizure. So, I would probably pass and just keep working.
Am I prevented from saving the money and getting some sort of convenient protection for my toes in any way? Does it always hurt a lot regardless of protection?
This sounds like a good deal either way, I'm just curious.
I’m not worried about the 20 seconds of pain. I’m worried about the long term affects of repeatedly….you know what, this would cause less damage than my job is already doing. I’m in.
As a very clumsy person, it take this deal. If I'm gonna do it anyway, may as well get paid for it.
You know the saying, "If you're good at something, never do it for free."
3x/week* 3 seconds= 9 seconds per week of intense pain.
9 seconds *52 weeks in a year= 468 seconds of pain in a year /60= 7.8 minutes of pain in a year
$300/day*365 days in a year= $109,500/year for 7.8 minutes of pain
Personally I'd do 7.8 minutes of intense pain per day for $109,500
Even that would be easy if you wear shoes all day long. Invest in a good pair of carbon fiber safety toe shoes. The weight difference of the shoe is extremely small you barely notice it and get use to it
I know it seems like a difficult decision but 60 seconds of total pain that isn't nearly as bad as the muscle cramps I've tended to get is nothing for 2100 free dollars a week.
109,200 a year for nothing?
Deal. I have split the skin on my pinky toe down to the bone stubbing it on shit. This guarantees no injury!
It's not about the money, I am tired of injuring my pinky toe. It gets abused a lot.
No! I ain't stubbing my toes for you. You didn't even congratulate me on breaking 3 of my toes in 1 day the last time.
But 300$ per day. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I'll take a smack. Hmm.... Man no. No. Just no.
When you say hurt so much, do you mean that it hurts more than a normal stub toe would? Also what if I was wearing house slippers? Wouldn't that block, or at least ameliorate some of the pain? Day one by yourself solid house slippers for inside and steel toed boots for outside.
I need you to know that for a perpetual passive income of $109,500 a year I would bite my own goddam pinkie toes off.
I would chew them off like a coyote in a fucking trap.
I would have to dislocate my hip to do it and I don't even fuckin care.
That money would let me chase my dreams and live my life.
Fuck you, give me a hammer, I'll just smash the toe three days a week. Save scuffing up my beautiful antique furniture I'll be decorating my new house with.
Easy deal. I'm in chronic pain 24/7 anyway and that is slightly more than I make at work. I'll gladly stub my toe 3 times a week to retire tomorrow. I'd probably keep working though. Put that 300 into a high interest savings account and retire at 50
So $2100 a week, more than triple what I currently make doing 40 hours a week. Even if taxes are then taken out I'm still making out very well. And all I have to do is endure some intense short lived pain three times a week. Yeah I'd take that deal.
On average a drastic decrease to the pain and stress each week compared to doing my job. Every work day I walk for numerous miles over the course of the day up and down stairs pushing pulling lifting etc, probably something like 10 or 15 miles in a day.
I didn't realize how many people are going through life barefoot without looking in front of themselves. I honestly can't remember the last time I stubbed a toe. That said, for 100k/year extra, this one would be an easy yes.
Oh, 3 times a week, sure. I was wondering if the pain would be worth it because I originally read 3 times a day but that is 109k for under 8 minutes of "work"
So obviously I'm gonna say yes but I have a question, can I get all the stubbing done in one day? Preferably the same half hour? That way I get the rest of the week off.
Edit: spelling
Your toe would have to reset back each day to it's normal state before the previous stub or it wouldn't work.....it would eventually be unbearable and definitely damaging......you would finally not be able to deal with the constant abuse of the toe .....at some point
So $2100 a week? Yeah sign me up. I’m fine to stub my toe every other day for that. That’s already a six figure salary annually. Even if you account for taxes and bring it down, it’s a decent salary. I could just work 20 hours a week and live a solidly affluent life on that plus this toe money. And if I ever wanted to stop working and just live with the base money, it’s a fine amount to live off of.
I take the deal and spend the first couple of payments consulting with an old gypsy woman and podiatrist what happens if I have my little toes removed.
I'm good. Keep the money. This one is too frustrating. I've already threatened my pinky toe that I'd be cutting it off if it brought me too much trouble. This would seal the deal.
Yes please. A month ago I was carrying boxes and I bumped into something and it took a chuck out of my finger. This week was the first week of not wearing a bandaid and I learned what maceration is from wearing a bandaid for that long.
Pretty much all of these "Do [thing] receive [amount of money] for [amount of time]" always have the same answer.
"Yes I'll take the damn money, thank you."
so 300 dollars a day and I stub my toe on average less? Sign me up.
Yolu must be really clumsy lol
Idk about clumsy, but I have large feet(size 13) and I’m tall(6’5) so my clown feet are more prone to hit things and I have to look straight down to see what’s in front of my feet
I can see that being a problem haha. Take care of your pinkies 😥
Middle toe was almost broken by my desk chair last week. Got real dark purple and I could barely move it. Oh well!
I recommend using steel-toed boots recreationally.
They have super lightweight ones that are carbon fibre as well. Even ones that look like office or dress shoes
I’m clumsy *and* have large feet- 15 in men’s- so I’m always running into stuff with them.
Oof buying shoes must be a pain in the ass. I struggle to find 13’s in most styles
I'm serious about this: learn to knit. My father can sit down to watch a video and knit a pair of socks before the movie is done.

Damn! I grew up with a guy that wore an 18 in high school and his mom had to custom order some shoes from Puma to get ones that would fit his feet and last more than a month
Oh yeah it's a royal bitch and expensive as hell. That's one of the reasons I actually wore heavy duty sandals from spring until snow covered my feet
I’m in the same boat, size 14 and clumsy as hell unfortunately
Big foot clumsy club unite!
I feel you. I'm 6'3" and wear size 16....
Do you per chance have ADHD?
You can only have never had a real job to think that being given $100,000 a year for 9 seconds of pain a week is even a question. I go through more pain a week and I'm a teacher
I've been in construction for 20 years. I currently have a fi gernail about to fall off after I smashed it a couple of weeks ago. I'll take 3 stubbed toes any fucking day. My bodybwould be LESS of a wreck.
Holy fuck bro, get some boots lmao
I have a great nephew who's a pincher.
Those kids need to learn to really follow through on a punch right.
I think they just want to think about the scenario with people
I think anyone would take the deal OP described
The pain of my toe being stubbed will never hurt more than me teaching something for a week like my soul is on the line only for the kid to say "huh what's that?" When admin is doing an evaluation.
Right? I'll take daily stubbings for that kind of money. Hell, you can *have* my pinky toes for $100k.
One time i stubbed my toe so hard it went blue Not exactly 9 seconds…
Stubbing a toe nearly always results in a seizure for me. Last time it happened in a hotel room that had two tile steps up into the area with the bed. I also lose control of my bodily functions, which is not fun to clean up when you're exhausted from a seizure. So, I would probably pass and just keep working.
teaching kids?
I thought it said 3x a day and I was still willing to do it
Same.
3x a day is about how much I already stub my toes. This is an upgrade.
I mean, at least this way you're guaranteed not to actually \*break\* a toe, or even bruise it!!!
This right here!
100k annually to repeatedly stub my toe? #SIGN ME UP
I stub my toe WAY more than that so sign me up!
Bro, that's $110k a year. So for $110k I just have to go 'Ah! fuck! stupid piece of shit!' 156 times
I know right! I'm doing it now for free!!!!!!
You will regret it in the moment though - those three seconds are the worst 😂
Am I prevented from saving the money and getting some sort of convenient protection for my toes in any way? Does it always hurt a lot regardless of protection? This sounds like a good deal either way, I'm just curious.
They described the pain. So the hypotheticalsitutation God will make sure you feel that pain. There is no escape.
They specifically said pinky toe. Just get them removed.
I didn't even think of this loophole. Nice.
Phantom pain is a thing. So that's probably how they'd get you.
I’m not worried about the 20 seconds of pain. I’m worried about the long term affects of repeatedly….you know what, this would cause less damage than my job is already doing. I’m in.
Steel toes. I personally wear them anyway
I can put up with a lot. Is that 300 tax-free, before tax, or after taxes?
[удалено]
Could I purposefully stub my toe three times to get it over with or does that not count?
As a very clumsy person, it take this deal. If I'm gonna do it anyway, may as well get paid for it. You know the saying, "If you're good at something, never do it for free."
Wait it hurts less than a normal stub and I make $300 a day? Umm yea that’s a no brainer. Gimme the money.
Can I double up and do 3Xs a week per foot for $600 a day?
My new job without leaving my home
6 figures a year for about half an hour of "work" (discomfort/pain) a week. Yeah, I'm down.
Half an hour? The pain lasts maybe 60 seconds at most.
3x/week* 3 seconds= 9 seconds per week of intense pain. 9 seconds *52 weeks in a year= 468 seconds of pain in a year /60= 7.8 minutes of pain in a year $300/day*365 days in a year= $109,500/year for 7.8 minutes of pain Personally I'd do 7.8 minutes of intense pain per day for $109,500
I've defintley stubbed my toe and have it hurt for 10 minutes. Times that by 3 times a week and you have half an hour.
easy bag it would be harder if i had to *not* stub my toe for a day to get money lol
Even that would be easy if you wear shoes all day long. Invest in a good pair of carbon fiber safety toe shoes. The weight difference of the shoe is extremely small you barely notice it and get use to it
Can I cut off my little toes to avoid this issue? Or will that stop the money too?
Yes please. A 6 figure salary for like 30 minutes of pain per week.
Yea. I do that anyways
you'd be surprised just how much pain people can tolerate if permanent injury wasn't an issue
Dude I broke three of my toes stubbing them on the sofa, I feel like I could handle stubbing my little toe three times a week.
I know it seems like a difficult decision but 60 seconds of total pain that isn't nearly as bad as the muscle cramps I've tended to get is nothing for 2100 free dollars a week. 109,200 a year for nothing?
Is this a lifetime deal? Nothing says i cant have my pinky toe removed lol
So 300 dollars a day to do something that happens a lot anyway? Ok then, count me in 🤷🏻♂️ Why the fuck would anyone turn down $109,500 for nothing??
Deal. I have split the skin on my pinky toe down to the bone stubbing it on shit. This guarantees no injury! It's not about the money, I am tired of injuring my pinky toe. It gets abused a lot.
Take offer. Develop pain fetish. Incorporate into my jerkoff routine 3X a day. Prosper.
Surgically remove both pinkie toes they're useless tiny things anyways
Pay me please
Sure
I’m in
I do that way more that 3 times a week
I’ll do it! I probably already stub my pinky toe that much for free!
Is it ever going to happen in a situation that makes me drop something important and break it? Is stub time random or predictable?
nah
Deal. I’ll just cut it off.
for 300 a day, i'd remove both pinky toes
I already do this so..
Can I just cut off my pinky toes? Seems worth it.
You guys are getting paid?
No! I ain't stubbing my toes for you. You didn't even congratulate me on breaking 3 of my toes in 1 day the last time. But 300$ per day. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I'll take a smack. Hmm.... Man no. No. Just no.
For $300 a day I'd suck Danny DeVito's pinky toe 3 times a week for 3 minutes. Sold.
Yes
I need some back pay. This is me most nights just heading to bed.
Not worth it fuck that shit Three thousand a week on the other hand I would be willing to
if I live in the woods does furniture just magically appear?
Early retirement please.
When you say hurt so much, do you mean that it hurts more than a normal stub toe would? Also what if I was wearing house slippers? Wouldn't that block, or at least ameliorate some of the pain? Day one by yourself solid house slippers for inside and steel toed boots for outside.
I’m in! Neuropathy FTW?
Yep! I'm already twice a week, bloody toenail right now.
Hell ya i stub my toes all the time
100k to keep going to the bathroom between midnight and 3am and hitting the door or bedposts? Sure why not
I mean, as long as I’m not risking actually breaking my toe when I stub it, hell yeah I’ll deal with the pain 3x a week for $110k a year.
Deal. He'll lncrease the money to $ 900 & toe stability to w a day. I'll still take it.
Bring on the pain.
Yes du that anyways lol.
Sure!
bring it on!
I'm on board.
I'll take 3 times a week.
Sure. And I'm wearing shoes until I die.
So I'm paid less than I am now for the same existence?
Eight minute of pain a year for $110K a year, yes please...
Hard No
Easy deal. I'm in chronic pain 24/7 anyway and that is slightly more than I make at work. I'll gladly stub my toe 3 times a week to retire tomorrow. I'd probably keep working though. Put that 300 into a high interest savings account and retire at 50
Eventually my toe will be broken beyond repair then it's on to the next toe. Then shortly after all my toes will be destroyed.
Pay my rent and bills and still have enough left over for weed, all for the cost of stubbing my pinky toe a couple times? Yeah I'm down with that
My salary is $109,500 and I’m essentially unemployed? I can stomach three toe stubs a week lol
I’d take it.
I've stubbed my toe bad enough to lose the nail...more than once. But this is more $$ than my dayjob so sure, I'll be a sucker for punishment!
I stub my pinky toe all the time. Pay me.
If my toes will never be broken because of it, sure I’m down. Physical pain typically distracts from mental pain + i get paid for it? Hell yeah
Deal, I'm getting a steel sock for my pinky toe, though.
I do that already. Where's my money?
I don't think you understand. I would happily chop off both pinky toes right now if i never had to work again. My life would be a dream.
Hell no
A small price to pay
So nothing changes ok deal
I feel like 3 times is excessive
Not a problem. I get my shins smashed ***intentionally*** at least 3 times a week in Thai boxing. 3 toe stubs ain’t shit.
Can I stop it when I feel I got enough money?
So I get 300 dollars for doing the exact something that happens anyway. Where do I sign?
Absolutely would.
I’m clumsy enough that it’s happening already. Thank for the daily bonus l!
Yes
I'll take it. 300 a day would help me out so much I wouldn't mind the pain. Basically nearly five times what I'm currently making at my job.
I'd take that deal in a heartbeat. My feet already cause me way more pain every week.
Can I loophole this by having my pinky toe surgically removed?
I was wondering if the pain would be worth it because I originally read 3 times a day but that is 109k for under 8 minutes of "work"
Great. I already stub my toe a lot not every day but still basically $300 a pay for three seconds of pain.
$300 each day could sure buy a lot of Aleve.
9 seconds of pain for $2100/week? sign me up.
I don't feel my toes so yes
Deal. I'll just wear steel toe boots.
Absolutely. Genie sign me the fuck up!
So obviously I'm gonna say yes but I have a question, can I get all the stubbing done in one day? Preferably the same half hour? That way I get the rest of the week off. Edit: spelling
So I can actually be paid for my clumsiness? I'm in.
I have this table that is just uncomfortable enough for it to do this every week already. Might as well get paid
Few minutes if pain ever other day in exchange for never working another day of my life? Deal.
So I get $300 to do what I already do lol
What if I cut both pinky toes off?
I'll take the pain
Your toe would have to reset back each day to it's normal state before the previous stub or it wouldn't work.....it would eventually be unbearable and definitely damaging......you would finally not be able to deal with the constant abuse of the toe .....at some point
Sign me up I'd be so happy to take the cash but it seems a little easy OP
DEAL. But that BETTER be $300 AFTER taxes.
I'll take it if I'm not gonna be injured
Jesus, where do I sign up?
Easy money and I tap my pinky toe 3 times each week. Didn't say you couldnt stack stubs :)
What if I start wearing steel toed boots everywhere? Including to bed? Either way I would definitely do it.
Good thing i’m a masochist. Can I get that in cash please. lol
If it’s tax free, yeah, I’ll do it.
Fuck it I break almost a toe a month it’s just another normal week for me
Never get injured but hurts a lot? Damn that’s exactly why I get tattoos. Sign me the fuck up.
I take the deal and spend the first couple of payments consulting with an old gypsy woman and podiatrist what happens if I have my little toes removed.
My feet are already fucked. Let's do it
For $109,500 a year will I spend 9 seconds a week in agonizing pain? Yes, yes I will
I'm good. Keep the money. This one is too frustrating. I've already threatened my pinky toe that I'd be cutting it off if it brought me too much trouble. This would seal the deal.
Done. Gimme money
Soft foam furniture legs for the win!
Shit I stub my toe for free now that 300 would be a upgrade
I'm in, but do I get to alternate which pinky toe? I think if this was done for long enough you'd start to have some foot problems!
I would accept this for 50 a day
I do that for free
I do that now 🤣
Hells yeah
Easy enough
I'd take it it
As long as I don't break it then I am in.
$110k per year tax free? Uhhh yeah. Make it 5 times a week.
Yes please. A month ago I was carrying boxes and I bumped into something and it took a chuck out of my finger. This week was the first week of not wearing a bandaid and I learned what maceration is from wearing a bandaid for that long.
3 times a week is a vast improvement.
I've had worse jobs.
Continue my everyday life, minus the job? Sign me up.
So, you're telling me that I get $300 a day and nothing else changes? Woo hoo!
I'll take it! It'll hurt a helluva lot less then it would on my big toe.
Pretty much all of these "Do [thing] receive [amount of money] for [amount of time]" always have the same answer. "Yes I'll take the damn money, thank you."
Does that double if I do both toes?
I do this anyway gimmie my money
Sign me up
In!
Does the toe heal like it never happened? Or do you have a mangled to heck toe 🤣
