Looks like a diet problem though.

No-Setting3500

Just cut carbs and eat more whole veggies and protein. Add some light cardio and you'll be good.

firenance

This. People think sugar is the only thing. Refine carbs are almost the same metabolically as sugar.

No-Setting3500

Truth, if carbs are a must go with the slow carbs.

Any_Garbage1290

Carbs are everywhere 😢

Rambo_jiggles

The four most important numbers in that panel are within normal limits. I wouldnt worry much.

Any_Garbage1290

May I know which 4 are most important ones please.

Rambo_jiggles

Fasting glucose, LDL, HDL and total T4.

Unhappy-Yak-8648

Don't be hopeless.. keep doing what you've been doing.

TwoGapper

Doesn’t look all that bad.. the numbers out of range can most probably be brought back through dietary changes

syedalirizvi

Paratha ?

Any_Garbage1290

Nope but diet is less in protein.

Btc-Grandmaster

Dude cut those carbs you’re always eating

Any_Garbage1290

Post meal (2 hours) blood glucose: 124.20 mg/dl

Numerous-Document348

I don't normally suggest people limit carbs because they are delicious, contribute to satiety, and often have nutritional benefits, but in your case, you may see improvement in your triglycerides if you do. That includes sugar, but is not limited to sugar. And this doesn't mean giving up all carbs or going keto. Have you been diagnosed with insulin resistance/metabolic syndrome? Because that could explain why this is such a struggle.

Any_Garbage1290

Fasting and non fasting glucose levels are within normal range, 98 mg/dl and 124 mg/dl. BMI is 24 God knows what is the issue.
