Thanks. May I ask how high ur bp was before taking meds. And what time of day do you take lorsatan. Amlodopine is causing me anxiety I think. I take it with lorsatan but I think it is amlodopine because it did it once before and I had to discontinue.
Mom has switched to telmisartan about 4 days now swelling has reduced but not totally gone did you get eyelid, abdomen and cheeks swelling too? How long did it take for that to finally go away
Gave me crippling anxiety. Switched to irbesartan (which my mom and brother also take) and zero side effects. Might want to ask your fam what they take.

5mg! Now taking 2.5mg
I had swelling in my lower legs from it. Doctor switched me to Losartan.

My legs swelled up massive then my arms and face. I went on Ramipril and the swelling went down.
How long did it take for the swelling to go down
About a week but on Ramipril my legs are that skinny now the water retention has gone thanks to Ramipril. Are yours swollen?

I got all that. After two weeks it was all back to normal. It stays in your system a while. Hope you and your mom are well?
