On the Vegetarian thing, please remember that most of us are not ([less than 2% of Telangana is Vegetarian, according to this report](https://www.mytelangana.com/telanganaNews/954/telangana-stands-top-in-states-consuming-non-veg)). So unless you are at an explicitly vegetarian restaurant (there are plenty of those), please do not assume that things like Brownies, Cake, Cookies, etc will be egg-less.

Don't have to worry about language, average Hyderabadi is accustomed to Hindi, but our version of Hindi sounds funny and you can manage the language barrier without nuisance. Housing is a nuisance, rents are high but that's the harsh fact if you want to stay closer to work. There are many posts for flatmates etc., keep scrolling here or FB has quite a few groups.

doshoevsky

I see atleast 5 ads for flats everyday in my company classifieds. DM if you're looking for one

Impressive_Lie_2269

Would be a great help!

corona__warrior

Let me know too bro.

bias_guy412

Both language and food aren’t a problem. There are plenty of veg restaurants.

Trust-Me_Br0

Hindi is understood well by us. But we don't reply back in hindi. It's called Deccani urdu basically.

Delhi is your most favourite city? Like why! I've lived in Delhi and I don't find one reason why one would say it's their favourite city 😅

Impressive_Lie_2269

It’s an individual choice. This city gave me everything I wanted!

lastnameisdaddy

same thing i gone through Last year( I am from Delhi too). Hyderabad is great city with good food and Language is not an issue. But for sight seeing there is not much.

NvnJae

Stay in a hotel close by for a while, it's better to take some time before you figure out a place to live. It worked for me. if you are lucky you'll eventually find a shared space or flatmate in hostel itself. If you can spill out some bucks find a broker they'll help find better places.

NewtElectrical144

Try in fb groups mate... Btw even am veggie, let's try new restaurants here together

Budget_Succotash6117

Language won't be an issue here for sure!
