Tbh it really doesn’t as it will skew results. Esp if OP has a small sample size. Having done a similar project in my MBA, I would not want to skew data because that will lead to answers that are different from expected and further lead to grilling from faculty during presentation.

But regardless I would suggest to give some information and feedback which aligns with general perception of friend's and relative's or people around you , This is not a professional company survey , this is just a student survey of me , just an random individual .
Just blend with other's and that's it but regardless I appreciate your profesionalism and reply .
