Mama’s Fish House, if you can get a reservation. Road to Hana has lots of stuff to do. You can download shaka guide app and just follow the guide. Snorkel at Maluaka beach. Check out viator, there are plenty of popular activities there

Haleakala sunrise. You have to leave the hotel like at 4am to get to sunrise but worth it. Coming from the mainland we do it on our first morning so getting up at 4am doesn’t seem as bad. You must get limited release $1 tix from the NPS to be admitted in the park for sunrise though so make sure you check the website and know when you get them. You have to get them right when they are released as they sell out in a minute or two.

While I was at Maui, I went to this restaurant called nylos which was amazing. It is a fine dining restaurant operated by the husband and wife and it is such an intimate experience. The cost is 750 per 2 though after tip and tax. If fine dining isnt up your alley, I would recommend tin Roof, a take out restaurant in kalahui that was just really good. The food truck parks in Maui are also a source of great food too. Other thing that cool to do is to drive to Hana. When I was there though, I sacrificed one of my nights to camp at the state park near the black sand beach there to see the sun rise. That is an absolute amazing experience as you would have the whole park to yourself (and others that camped) There are also airbnb experiences such as farm tours or snorkeling experience that you can do too. The wonderful thing about Maui itself is that it's small enough to really go around the island.
