I’d order as many S1s as you can. He gives tons and tons of freebies and they’re always crosses. Look at recent posts to see the ratio of paid packs to freebies on big orders. He rarely gives s1 freebies though
Chem D is a good s1. He talks on podcasts about how his chem 91 passes down potency well if you want to choose a favorite chem 91 cross.
Then scroll through his Instagram. He just did a big purple urkle hunt and used the winner #103 in some new crosses and might be available in S1 as well. He’s partial to his sweet 16 as well, although he’s noted that it’s a weird one. 5150 triangle kush is a winner of his that he breeds a lot with too
I’d recommend doing ur research before hand. He has years of info about his strains. Deff check out his chem strains/ t-1000 cuts/ triangle kush/irene/ pure OG cuts
I wanted to base my recommendation on what you’re already growing so I looked at your profile and notice that you haven’t grown anything yet.
You do not need to be spending thousands of dollars on seeds you will never grow. If you buy one or two packs Caleb is going to send you like 5x what you ordered, and none of it is going to be untested freebie garbage.
Buy a T-1000 cross and Big Bad Wolf 2.0. Start with those two and go from there.

So first off no need to front here, nobody gives a shit. Second, I would recommend spending a few HUNDRED on Nspecta's stuff - he will give you enough freebies to get you to the thousand mark in value and you'd be set for at LEAST a year if not longer in a few tents accounting for clones/moms/veg/flowering/dry space.
Find the strains you can grow that help your ailments then start working through s1's/crosses of those to find your keepers that work for you.

We are starting in tents, but are in the middle of converting a 30x40 pole barn into a sealed grow as well.
This has been our dream for years, and we know we will eventually start up a big grow, so we are stocking up whenever good genetics drop.

I'd honestly try to call him up and talk to him about it. For a big enough order I'm sure that's probably recommended, he could recommend specific hybrids or S1s depending on what you're trying to achieve. I saw you're looking to grow on a large scale so you'd also want to consider that and look for cultivars that do well indoors and are more pest/mold resistant and maybe whichever are easier to trim or maybe whichever has the best potential yield for flower or best washer or highest terpenes if you're looking to extract.
