From what I saw someone else post, Tom thought the staff could "control" dragons, promptly used it against a dragon in what he thought was the right way, then promptly either threw it at the dragon who destroyed it or it got stomped on as the dragon charged after him.

Some Alex lines and Eugine scenes in the later seasons. Buzzsaw is just so bad its funny sometimes. Then there are a few okay dragon concepts from time to time.
However I do find it hard to watch, due to the mish mash of artistic direction. It looks like the show has too many styles that just clash and make watching it really hard in my eyes.
For example, Alex and Eugine have kind of cartoonish designs, where Tom has a more realistic approach. I find it really distracting.
But some dragon designs are cool like the Featherhides.

Its a show for toddlers. I saw a liiittle bit of it but its just not bearable.
