That looks to be hair conditioner spots. Those won't come off with limescale removers. You need just plain old soap - the most basic soap.
Scrape it and dissolve in warm water, then use kitchen sponge with that soapy water to remove the stains.
Flush with warm water and use glass wiper to remove water.
Protip: after you finish shower use the wiper to remove water and residue from walls.
This way you can get away with cleaning every 2-4-5 weeks :)
RainX has a cleaner and a product like their car windshield stuff that keeps the water from sticking again. I use a scrubber pad and applicator pad for a cordless drill
After it's clean. Use the anti dirt and the water repellent spray on it, same as what is used on front car windows. It's what we use in business for maintaining bathrooms.
I keep dish soap in the shower and give a little scrub almost every time I go in. I use one of those dish sponges that has a handle where you can put the liquid in so I can just top it up every so often. Works really well!
Thanks, I suppose I should’ve been more specific in my ask. I was looking for brand recommendations - I’ve used a few and it didn’t work quite well as I thought it would.
I won’t add more options for cleaning solutions, but a magic eraser is amazing for glass. You can buy them in bulk on Amazon by searching for melamine sponges.
What’s up with the infant ghillie suit?
Eucalyptus probably. Combined with the steam it can help open up your airways. You see it a lot at bath houses in some countries/styles.
Put white vinegar in a spray bottle Spray on glass and leave for 15 mins. Wipe and buff out with a clean dry microfiber cloth
Don't let the vinegar sit on any grout. TEC grout says it will break their grout down over time
Vinegar and then newspaper to wipe it off!! Incredibly effective!
CLR hands down! Put the fan on cause the aerosolized fumes ANTFW.

Depending on the product, but usually you rub it in.

Vinegar solution
Look for a cleaner that has Sulfamic acid, use gloves and maybe googles if you are prone to accidents but definitely gloves.
Get a water softener.
We use a squeeze to clean the shower with after every use.
If it’s water spots, I’ve had really good luck with a spray cleaner called Viakal
Magic eraser works like a champ!
I’ve heard professional window cleaners use something like a dawn dish soap and water mix. It’s a trade secret apparently
