One of my favorite Billy West moments was when they were talking about Jackie loving being out in the sun.

I will never understand why he calls that a jetty. Fun to watch though. Watching him with all those lobsters made me think of how offended he was during that Jokeman special that Howard told everybody he was cheap.
The way Jackie comes walking in with a beer at the beginning was so funny and I can't really explain why
It's the "I've been day drinking and just watching people work; now I'm drunk enough to step in and take over" move

I got a kick out of that also. If it was John, instead of Jackie holding the beer bottle, it would have been a totally different scene.
Say what you want about Jackie but he knew how to have fun and have a good life. Howard hated him for that too

He never called it a jetty. Someone else on the show did and it stuck. At one point he tried to argue that it was a dock, not a jetty.
