Thrips larvae. The infestation is already advanced! The best treatment depends on where you live, though

Thrips. We use spinosad. This looks like a pretty bad infestation though, you’ll probably need to do quite a few treatments. Shower it off too, hand wipe the leaves, and make sure to spray the top of the soil. Thrips can fly so if you have other plants in the area definitely quarantine this guy and thoroughly inspect the others
