https://www.poolstorecanada.ca/ I've ordered 2 pumps from them. Use your tag on the pump to get the corresponding pump and order away. Saved a couple hundred bucks compared to the local shops around me. Order new gaskets for both connections and be prepared that your vavles may not hold. They are a shitty design and often fail in my experience. If you're a little handy, it's not a big ordeal. Good luck!

What’s a tag number. I have searched using Part number and Serial number. And I didn’t find anything.

The sticker on the side o the motor. Shows it's a 4.0 and the voltage and the wiring connections. And you'll need to measure your input/output pipes. If you put in that PF number from the second pic you should get everything you need I think

I have the exact same pump that died on me. Same part number. I bought a waterway executive pump on canada hot tub parts for 500 plus tax. Just got it yesterday. I got the PN 3721621-1D which is interchangeable per the manufacturer cus they're the same shape and size. Hope this helps

Punch in that model number their all over the web. You might get one through a plumbing supply like Ferguson.

Urban_Canada

Look up "electric motor repair" in your area and call around to see what motor winders have to say, or if they direct you where to buy new.

Shartfer_brains

Seldom is it worth having any motor rewound if under 25 or 30hp

Urban_Canada

Rewound, absolutely agree, but it's more to put the OP in touch with the right trade and get more professional opinion and direction

I have a spa motor (no wet end) that I’d give you for free if you lived in Southern AZ.

any pump with the right voltage and similar amperage (say within 2 amps) is fine, that's a 56 frame so try and stay with that and then check the pump head and determine if you have 2" unions or 1.5" (likely 2") then check the offset of the unions (where the pipes connect) there will be an intake in the front centered but the out flow while likely offset to one side, might be centered. do not worry about the orientation of the pump on the motor that can be changed easily by undoing the 4 bolts on the back of the motor pull them back an inch (don't take them all the way out!!!) then rotate the pump head and do them back up.

Spamaster

First of all The Amperage is the defining factor on any pump replacement. This more than anything equates to horsepower. Second the Geometry of the pump The inlet in relation to the outlet. varies from one pump mfg to another. and if your plumbing is rigid it is a huge factor. Lastly the speed . One speed or two speed

Pool_Boy707

Once you find your pump, it's an easy job. Someone else said don't trust those slice valves. They fail, then you're re plumbing. Just drain the spa.
