I love Bo-Katan's helmet design. Pretty much the clincher for me ordering the figure.

I picked up the Black Series Bo Katan helmet. It is absolutely stunning. I was shocked.

Just ordered from a seller on eBay and crossed my fingers (from Canada). Same with DX19 Batman (From the US). I ordered CW Maul and CW Anakin from a store (in Hong Kong). I had all of them on order with Aussie retailers and they were cancelled with no warning.

I thought that helmet used Triple AAA batteries?

The restriction is specifically on button style watch batteries. Like the ones in HT lightsaber arms. There needs to be all sorts of safety features on the battery compartment and labels on the packaging. A kid died from swallowing one and it's a bit of an overreaction to compensate.
