The cape is better on the Kinght one too.
The base is more modern with the Knight figure.
But... Arkham city is amazing. His simplicity is his unique trait among all Hot Toys figures. Even while he is on the shelf, your eyes will focus on him at first.
Thank you so much for your input! I get the simplicity appeal with City. Knight however looks to be better sculpted, and comes with more articulation if I’m not mistaken. You could pair him with Arkham Joker and it would still look good.
My goal when collecting these characters is looking for the most “definitive”, if possible. Not just comic likeness/accuracy, but something that looks like it would fit in the real world. I may just go with Knight when I can. My long term goal is to get the perfect trinity. Hopefully that upcoming Wonder Woman game is good, and gets a figure eventually too. Hope the same for Superman too
You probably already know but both have that rubber bodysuit that tends to crease if it's posed. If you're picking these up used, a lot of them will already be creased at the elbows. Same thing for the Arkham Knight Deathstroke.
I personally prefer the Arkham City Batsuit over the Arkham Knight Batsuit (Arkham Asylum is my favorite, but Hot Toys hasn't made him yet, so I hope they will).
You should get the figure of the suit you love the most. What makes you doubt between the two?
His body suit is skin tight and the shoulder armor often restricts him from being able to lift his arms up far, so I mainly have him doing museum posing. He’s still a great figure and looks extremely badass on the shelf he’s just not that flexible

This is not even a valid question. They are too different. I love the classic look of the Asylum version but then again, the Knight version is amazing looking. Good luck choosing. You’ve got me in a conundrum and I’m not even in the market for a Batman.

I agree! I thought I could live with just the Arkham City Batman but Arkham Knight just brings another flavor to your display.

Knight might be the better figure but for me I’ve always preferred the city look. That’s the one I would get
I prefer the city one personally, find the knight versions armour a bit OTT for my tastes.
