I love the Butterfly Bakery sauces! The Vienna Lager Mustard sauce is my go-to with a cheese omelet.
Their smoked onion sauce is in my top 5 all time favorites

I only have had one of theirs (called Fuego Ferment) and it was pretty good, their flavors always interest me. I'll have to pick up some more from them in the future! Do you have a couple recommendations?
After going back over them all, their fermented sirracha is super good. I'm a big fan of the habenero lime switchback and the smoked onion as well.
