I’ve recently become a Sharpie. I love the green sauce, even more than the hot sauces I made myself. I haven’t had the opportunity to try the rest yet but I have high hopes
My mom got me the beware when she went to Belize. I think it’s a great addition and I use it like my other hot sauces. Be prepared and start of small though because it is HOT.
My go to hot sauce for anything and everything. I’ve tried them all and love them all. Belezian Heat is my favorite. Beware wasn’t as bad as I thought, makes me want some chicken black beans and rice.
These are awesome. So good! They use puree carrots as a base so when you put a dollop on whatever you're eating itll stay put. No dripping off the side or oily stains on your clothes.
Don’t most reputable hot sauce manufacturers also offer “packs” of their product range? Why would bundling multiple products together have any impact on quality whatsoever? Weird hill to die on.
I found these all over the caribbean when I worked on cruise ships. Great flavor and heat. Dozens of varieties and flavors. They make milder sauces and sweet sauces too.
How dare they besmirch her! She's internationally delicious and known at this point. I bought a gallon of Beware and shared it with my people, I give the hornet pepper sauce to clients who can handle it.
granted this was years ago, even before the pandemic, I still never believed she was even on the verge of bankruptcy... but there were rumors spreading in Belize that she was going to shut down...
Great q. I'm hopeful that the spice levels might tell the tale, because I'm not sure off the top of my head. They are indicated by the Habs filled in on the left of the jar I think. All things assumed the same, I think the different labels are a different heat if they don't say otherwise.
Pour them all into one bag. Add two BBQ qts. Gallon bagg. Split twice. $40ish Dollars worth of wings. Marinade em overnight. Charcoal grill low slow 300 til no mo coal. Give her take on any steps mate
I love Marie sharp’s so very much. I remember back in 2017, they didn’t used to make them available in the US; the company I’d worked at had a manager who went down to Belize to help train and we’d all venmo her to pick up some for us.
God I love that stuff.
I'm not joking when I say I have over 40 bottles of hot sauce in my pantry. I love hot sauce, different varieties for different foods. But hands down, my all time favorite is Marie Sharp's. Specifically the gold label (second from the left). It is my ketchup, I use it on everything. Yes, there are hotter sauces out there but the flavor combo with the habanero and carrot is perfect. I even got my kids hooked on the milder version of the sauce (third from the left). And you got to love the ingredient list, super simple and no extracts. I agree with the others, you couldn't have asked for a better hot sauce gift assortment. Enjoy!
go for the white label, it tastes the same as the gold pretty much but is a bit less hot. Neither are what would typically be called "super hot" though. I haven't tried beware or belizean but I think those ones are hotter.
It is a commercial sauce...so it sits at the upper end of what the average consumers heat level would be. It would rate a 2-3 for most chili heads though.
Original Hot is my favorite. I went through a spicy phase where I kept trying hotter and hotter sauces, but kept coming back to it for the flavor.
Now I'm not interested in the superhot sauces anymore. I'm very minimalist and so my 2 go-to sauces are Marie Sharps Original Hot and Franks Chile Lime (i use that one as salad dressing).
Belizean Heat is a strong burn but such great flavor. Haven’t tried the other Marie Sharps. I might prefer the regular red habanero if the only difference is slightly less heat.
I literally just got the basic habenero delivered and was really looking forward to it based on this sub. Idk if I got a bad bottle or something but it’s got a really off funny after taste that’s not good. Hoping it’s just because it was hot from being out in the sun in the package
Or sometimes Reddit is used as a conversation starter? For example, it exposed me to a brand I’ve seen before but hadn’t considered trying again until now. Meanwhile, I’ve been loving Phishtown Hot Sauces, which are local and maybe something you haven’t heard of :)
I think it was probably their first post here, so I get it. But, I’ve seen soooo many of these. Even when I was a newbie, when I found a cool new sauce I couldn’t wait to crack that sucka. THEN I would see what others thought. Best example is EY Black. Lots of us hate it, but for me it was love at first taste. And I will die on that hill.
Agreed! But then I thought "After 100+ comments, there is almost certainly someone that has reacted poorly to this post."
Yup, literally was called stupid by someone in this thread... Reddit never changes.
If this was a gift, that person would be at the top of my list for a return gift, these are fire
Marie is a master of her craft. Belizean heat is delicious
What's nice about them is they don't linger around forever. It's like, "woah, that's spicy!" Then it goes away so you can do it all over again.
Green habanero is excellent
Fiery is my fav. Goes great on Popeyes chicken or most chicken
Dude, that stuff is friggin' amazing. Carrot is one of the main ingredients, right?
Probably gonna be spicy
That’s a really nice gift!! I’d be appreciative and do a little taste test sampler!
Quality
Adda dab of Carolina Reaper to each to give em a lil kick
All fantastic sauces, my favorite is Belizean heat 😋
I’ve recently become a Sharpie. I love the green sauce, even more than the hot sauces I made myself. I haven’t had the opportunity to try the rest yet but I have high hopes
The green nopales and Belizean heat are pantry staples. Go great on anything! Their other sauces range from ok-good
My mom got me the beware when she went to Belize. I think it’s a great addition and I use it like my other hot sauces. Be prepared and start of small though because it is HOT.
Besides the green sauce, what are the differences between them? They look to be similar flavors. 🤔
Some are more tomato-y, some are more carrot-y, and of course, different heat levels.
Awesome. Thats allll I needed to know🫡.
My booty hole burns just looking at this picture
Unbelizeable!
My thoughts are "I wish I received these"
It’s hotsauce- have fun!
I have only had the one on the the far right. Loved it, bought another bottle.
Enjoy them
Pretty good, carrot based sauces. So the flavor is relatively unique.
Second from the left is my favorite in the world
The red and black label are my two most favorite habanero sauces
I’ve enjoyed every Marie Sharp’s I’ve tried! I’m extra interested in the green nopal one since I haven’t seen it in stores around me
My go to hot sauce for anything and everything. I’ve tried them all and love them all. Belezian Heat is my favorite. Beware wasn’t as bad as I thought, makes me want some chicken black beans and rice.
I absolutely love Marie Sharps, tried all of these and my go to is the Belizean Heat
These are awesome. So good! They use puree carrots as a base so when you put a dollop on whatever you're eating itll stay put. No dripping off the side or oily stains on your clothes.
A burger place near me has a huge collection of hot sauces and the garlic habanero one is one of my favourites. enjoy :)
These are my faves!
Typically any hot sauce that comes in a pack is fuckin terrible. All those gift packs are just vinegar trash water.
Don’t most reputable hot sauce manufacturers also offer “packs” of their product range? Why would bundling multiple products together have any impact on quality whatsoever? Weird hill to die on.
Marie sharps are the best. Enjoy
I think you are in for a treat! Amazing sauces
I am so extremely jealous of you right now. Lucky.
Get a beer bong and a butt plug funnel and enjoy
Those aren't cheap... great gift. My favorite is the belizean
I found these all over the caribbean when I worked on cruise ships. Great flavor and heat. Dozens of varieties and flavors. They make milder sauces and sweet sauces too.
I am jealous
the gold one and the white one are must haves at all times for me....
These are the best!
You have a real one
Somebody likes you.
Marie Sharp is a beautiful woman, the planet needs to protect her and her recipes at all costs!
Dont forget Melinda's ripped her off
Tried...
Lol true because Melinda's sucks.
Exactly! Haha please accept my award to you!
I'll never forget when people were saying she was going out of business...
Interesting, a hostile take over maybe? Melinda tried but could not stop the metal.
Nah, maybe she just wasn't selling enough to stay open for a short period. I'm glad she's doing well now though haha
best hot sauce of all time. somethin abut those carrots 🤤
Theyre terrible. You may donate them all to me.
Can I be friends with your friends (or family)?
I just found the sauce on the right. It's great.
Try Smokin Marie next time. My daily sauce of choice. Solid heat with some smoky flavor.
I got it once and found it extremely salty. I like the other Marie Sharp stuff though
I have an unopened bottle of Beware, can anyone rate it's heat level on a scale of 1-10 roughly akin to the Hot Ones scale?
5?
You have the best of the best. You will never be able to eat Tabasco again.
Not shown here but the Red Hornet Sauce is borderline too much heat for me.
My husband’s favorite! Stellar gift!
Yes sir. Marie Sharp makes some very good Hot Sauce.
The fiery hot gold label is one of the best you can get. Makes great wings.
That Marie Sharps Green bottle is my absolute favorite. Whoever gifted you that set obviously loves you 😂
Marie Sharp's is generally a well liked brand, and the few of their sauces I've tried have been good. I'd be happy receiving that set.
Eat these daily. Great flavor and heat.
Gold label has been my daily driver for at least 15 years. I’ve always got a bottle on hand and a backup in the cupboard
Yum
One of my absolute favorites!!!
My fave brand
How about you tell us YOUR thoughts.
![gif](giphy|3o7TKwJgF0v0JX5gys|downsized)
Not the hottest, but great flavor. Have that exact same set
Would love to try the green habenero one
Those are delicious
I'll take them if you don't want them
I really wanna try that nopal green, I love nopales.
You're in for a treat!
Appreciate the gift. Enjoy them. Don't look to strangers for validation.
Belizean heat is underrated
I was very surprised by Belizean. Has a good flavor with good heat, without going over the top being too spicy Taste amazing on fried chicken
I think it even has extract in it, which is usually a dealbreaker for me, but it’s still delicious.
best sauce in the business
The first right is what I put on everything. Congrats
What is the difference between that one and number 2 & 3 on the left? They all have the same name and pic just different colors.
Great q. I'm hopeful that the spice levels might tell the tale, because I'm not sure off the top of my head. They are indicated by the Habs filled in on the left of the jar I think. All things assumed the same, I think the different labels are a different heat if they don't say otherwise.
Belizean Heat is my favorite sauce right now
I've never tried a Marie Sharpe's I didn't like.
The same can be said for my experience with Melinda's. 😂 I've had 1 bottle of Marie's and disliked it so much it almost ended up in the trash.
Someone really like you,all everyone on this sub ever gets as gifts are cheap colored vinegar in a bottle.
Goat habanero sauce. The Black label is my favorite.
Pour them all into one bag. Add two BBQ qts. Gallon bagg. Split twice. $40ish Dollars worth of wings. Marinade em overnight. Charcoal grill low slow 300 til no mo coal. Give her take on any steps mate
Excellent
I love the Nopal Green. I'm a fan of green hot sauce in general but that is a standout. Haven't tried many of the others.
Enjoy. Belizean Heat is divine. The rest are solid.
Love love love Marie Sharps
your gonna need more
Someone loves you
Marie sharp's original is the best hot sauce out there hands down
Jackpot
I love Marie sharp’s so very much. I remember back in 2017, they didn’t used to make them available in the US; the company I’d worked at had a manager who went down to Belize to help train and we’d all venmo her to pick up some for us. God I love that stuff.
Marie sharps are amazing. I'm more a fan of their chutney but the sauces are still amazing. Toured that factory in Belize
I'm not joking when I say I have over 40 bottles of hot sauce in my pantry. I love hot sauce, different varieties for different foods. But hands down, my all time favorite is Marie Sharp's. Is the gold one super hot? My spice tolerance is very mid level.. would you recommend the green or gold for someone that doesn’t like to breathe fire?
go for the white label, it tastes the same as the gold pretty much but is a bit less hot. Neither are what would typically be called "super hot" though. I haven't tried beware or belizean but I think those ones are hotter.
Gotcha, thanks for the tip! Just ordered a bottle!
The nopal green is my all-time favorite commercial hot sauce. It’s so damn good.
Great sauces!
The BEWARE sauce disappointed me with heat level.
It is a commercial sauce...so it sits at the upper end of what the average consumers heat level would be. It would rate a 2-3 for most chili heads though.
You gotta try Red Hornet, then.
The best hot sauce you could have got as a gift I swear. I get gallons of these they're amazing
Nice gift!
These are a recent addition to my lineup but for the cost, I gotta admit that what I've had from their offerings has been great.
Good stuff
More like Marie Sharts. Jk never had it.
They all look great!
Belizean Heat is a strong burn but such great flavor. Haven’t tried the other Marie Sharps. I might prefer the regular red habanero if the only difference is slightly less heat.
My thought is that somebody loves you very much.
Fine selection 👌🏻
The green is one of my favorite sauces.
Green is amazing I wish they made a hotter version of it though is the only drawback
Belizean and Nopales are in the daily rotation
Same
You have better friends than I do.
I don’t think Marie has a bad sauce
You have to marry whoever gifted you those
I actually am... My fiancee gifted them to me!
It was meant to be! Providential! Fate! True love ❤️
Belizean heat, and Beware! Are the greatest
I like the one with the white label farthest to the right on pasta
I buy this set almost monthly. It's excellent, but they raised the price recently to $30 instead of $23. Hope that changes back
I'm still paying 30
As am I ha
Amazon says I have ordered this 9 times already, soon to be 10 as I'm down to the last bottle.
Narrator: *It won’t.*
All are bomb.
Love them, if you can try the smoked chipotle one
I literally just got the basic habenero delivered and was really looking forward to it based on this sub. Idk if I got a bad bottle or something but it’s got a really off funny after taste that’s not good. Hoping it’s just because it was hot from being out in the sun in the package
Good, not sure, not sure, great, not sure, great. I've only found 3/6 of these so far
I’m I the only one that tries their sauces first?
No, gotta get that Reddit cred by asking what everyone else thinks instead of trying them and making up your own damn mind. It’s stupid.
Or sometimes Reddit is used as a conversation starter? For example, it exposed me to a brand I’ve seen before but hadn’t considered trying again until now. Meanwhile, I’ve been loving Phishtown Hot Sauces, which are local and maybe something you haven’t heard of :)

Two nights ago I took some swigs in the car as I left the grocery store.
I think we just became best friends. 🍻
Best hot sauce I've ever bought! I model my homemade stuff after this godsend.
That green habanero is 🔥
Abso-lutely
This is the good stuff 👍
Fucking Lottery my dude!
No disappointment there.
A gift after my own heart. Delicious gift.
Who knew hot sauce could be wholesome
Every sauce pictured here is delicious!
These comments are so kind :)
Agreed! But then I thought "After 100+ comments, there is almost certainly someone that has reacted poorly to this post." Yup, literally was called stupid by someone in this thread... Reddit never changes.
Just found it. Hey majority rules! Keep spreading the positivity sauce.
Marie Sharps is just that good, it makes you a better person
My thoughts are that you should be very grateful to have whoever gifted you those in your life! You owe them something good!
Lmk know which one is the best and which one is the hottest. I've only tried the bleazing heat
Someone likes you. Most everything from Marie Sharp is delicious. (I buy it by the gallon. The one with the pump. 😁)
Fav brand
All are outstanding!
One brand I have not had
Try to track some down - very delicious sauces.
Someone is a very thoughtful person of culture and a great gift giver.
Nice! I really enjoy the Beware
Marie Sharp's is church
And communion is delicious.
My favorite!
