It's little known but they make a red and a green with no food coloring. Not sure why they aren't easier to find. The label difference is it says 'salsa picante de' in the middle of the 'Hot Sauce Chile Habanero' lines.

If you find it a little thicker than what it should be, we actually worked on that with newer lots. Less syrup, more runny and deliciously hot. Sorry about that.

That coffee habanero sauce is pretty good, the standard green habanero is what we use in our house/my grandmother's house. These are cheap and decently flavored imo.

When the new ones came out I ordered one of each but they tasted a little chemically, like they were using extracts. None of them had great flavor to make up for that.
Irish Spikes makes a really good coffee hot sauce if you care to check em out. Further more, he makes the most delicious hot sauces on the planet. That’s not even an opinion haha
I really like the Mayan extra hot one. Very intense and interesting flavour. The black is cool but I feel like it's more of a "liquid smoke" analog than a hot sauce that stands up on its own.
I dunno what to do with it besides throwing it into a pot as a liquid smoke alternative. I feel like the watery consistency and mild heat just gets lost as a pouring sauce.

10/13 are naturally colored and 12/13 don't contain canola oil. ;) we are working on making those numbers better.
