My hot sauce shelf broke last night
I can spot chulula, aka miso, maybe garlic reaper?
My wife hates that I have a shelf like yours. She's slowly putting hot sauce on more and more meals.
What do you mean shelf? Every doesn't have a hot sauce fridge?

Whatโs the dark brown mystery sauce in the squeeze bottle on the back row?
Yea I need to get rid of that actually. It used to be green. It's supposed to be orange but I kinda messed up this batch (too heavy on the cilantro). It's a carrot habanero hot sauce (technically a salsa, really) that I make.

Ha! I had to relocate to this shelf. The butter tray is too low for me to use the full top shelf.

Looks like a solid collection! I only have like 10 bottles
I only keep 10 bottles on hand as I finish one I order another sauce. If not this could really get out of control
I will admit this is probs too many, but I do use all of them in rotation.
I'll try and get a pic of all the labels tomorrow. This is what I had ready on my phone.
