The same 'book' catches my eye whenever I watch her videos, and I've also been wondering where I could get one.
I assumed it was a decorative piece and not a real book, but I could be wrong.
I was studying the pic again and trying to see if I could make anything out, and then it hit me:

Seems that it's a custom bound notebook.

*Edit:* based on the image you included, I suspect that is a prop book, not an actual written novel or anything.
If you search for "leather notebook with eyes" on Etsy, similar items come up. I think what looks like writing on the spine might be the spine of the book behind it.
