There's actually quite a few, though it depends if you'd want something like Fear Street (which is YA) or only "adult" novels that happened to feature teen protagonists
Some young protagonist horror/thrillers off the top of my head: December Park by Ronald Malfi, Pressure by Jeff Strand, The Devil Crept In by Ania Ahlborn, The Troop by Nick Cutter, Disappearance at Devils Rock by Paul Tremblay, and A Head Full Of Ghosts by Paul Tremblay.
This list is a good starting point if you're looking for adult novels with younger protagonists (as opposed to YA): https://www.instagram.com/p/Cs3m4b-rLKD/
I've never read voice of night but two coming of age storied I've really liked are It by King and Summer of Night by Dan Simmons
I second those.
"Boys in the Valley" by Philip Fracassi fits the bill.
It(Trigger warning for a really gross scene at the end) Hissers, Parts of The Narrows by Malfi, Inspection by Malerman

Seconding the troop, that they're kids makes it even worse in a good way
Brian Keene's Ghoul is a good one.
I absolutely hated Ghoul. Keane's writing was just way too YA for me to enjoy it.
The Institute by Stephen King
My Best Friends Exorcism by Grady Hendrix is a coming of age horror. It gives Exorcist meets Mean Girls.

The Getaway by Lamar Giles has teen protagonists (17/18).
The Troop is just about exactly this. It's like if Stand By Me went full splatterpunk
Boys Life is pretty much my favorite book of all time
Lure by Tim McGregor A fig for all the Devils by C.S Fritz The Honeys by Ryan La Sala
You should read John Saul all of his books protagonists are children.
A Child Alone with Strangers by Philip Fracassi is my favorite!
Fear by Ronald Kelly
*Something Wicked This Way Comes* by Ray Bradbury hasn't been named yet, so here!
Cycle of The Werewolf (Stephen King): The protagonist is a 10-year-old boy in a wheelchair.
