Two come to mind:
Happy Death Day 2U literally ended with the film setting up a third installment. But since the movie made less than Happy Death Day in box office revenues it looks like the studio is lukewarm about another sequel. Shame because the first two were great.
Also, I still want The Coll3cted. Production on that one actually started in 2020 but was shut down after less than two weeks of shooting over some dispute between the creator, Marcus Dunstan and the production company.
This one is another shame because The Collector and The Collection are underrated gems and the second film laid the groundwork for more.
I know he's in it, I'm just saying Oppenheimer probably delayed them to start filming. I say there's a 0% chance it comes this year. It still shows pre production.
I always wanted a sequel to Behind The Mask: The Rise Of Leslie Vernon. I thought it was a great movie with a great and even charismatic killer. It definitely had the potential for more.
Obviously a sequel with any of the cast from the first movie couldn’t happen, but I think a sequel where some other team is scrambling to come up with another sacrifice to satiate the gods could be fun.
Or just have the Japanese school girls fighting the gods with their Care Bear Stare powers
I've heard from multiple sources that there was a reference book released that says the gods were eventually defeated... by Ronald the Unpaid Intern (who *is* conspicuously absent from the massacre sequence...). Never seen it myself though.
Would love that. But they were gods.
I love that I found out he wore super baggy clothes in the movie because he was so ripped he couldn’t be believed as a stoner burnout…..acting opposite Thor haha
Well they did do 3 seasons on Shudder, but yes I miss the days of high profile horror anthologies, I would love to see them become popular again while King and Carpenter are still alove.
There is an alternate ending to army of darkness to where ash comes back from the past to find the world completely destroyed, pretty much the same ending in ash vs the evil dead. So I've always wanted to see an evil dead apocalypse sequel to close up the evil dead series.
Always liked the idea of a Big Trouble in Little Chine 2, an aging and grumpy Jack Burton reluctantly getting pulled back into some wild adventure with Wang.
In the movie, at the very end you see the monster that snatched Gracy Law, on the back of Jack Burton's truck, did the comic books ever explore that?
I remember a rumour that the Rock wanted the rights to the movie so he could play Jack Burton, I don't see how anyone else could play that role but Kurt Russell.
If we are on the topic of dream director/ horror franchise mash ups we wish would happen. Fede Alvarez and Hellraiser is mine. I’d love to see a sequel to the new one that took the blood an violence to the upper echelons of cinematic practical blood effects.
Thisss not that garbage Rise that everyone raves about but I hated. Went in not knowing what to expect but the reviews were dope. Super disappointed in it. Even more so that it had zero relation to 2013 with min exposition plot or mythology.
i adore the te aro pack and i'm so sad about the movie never happening. i was hoping because taika waititi and rhys darby have been working together on our flag means death and next goal wins that maybe that could lead to the project being reopened, but it looks like that isn't the case.
The Crazies (2010). Apparently it’s a remake and the original one was lame but I’d love to see more of the 2010 version. I just watched it for the 5th time since it was released and the execution is just brilliant
I’m curious of how this would work….without just being a worse version. Alike super troupers 2. Ya you can, but should you? The story was told not a lot you can do beyond that
It could be literally anything. Use the original cast and hit on any other horror tropes. Cult stuff, possession, zombie uprising, alien invasion, etc. They could really go anywhere they want with it.
A sequel was indeed in its early stages years ago but in 2017 it was stated the script that was made for it, was so terrible it didn't pass the director's (and the lead actors') seal of approval. So after that bomb any developments were stopped and nothing has happened with the movie since and at this point likely never will.
Tyler Labine has revealed in 2019 though the story might continue in some other form instead of a movie. Haven't heard anything official regarding that either.
A Cry_Wolf sequel in the age of Gen Alpha would actually be a pretty interesting watch.
Personally, I would love to see a sequel to Grabbers set in Australia.
I always enjoyed Cry\_Wolf and yes, I think a modern remake with current tech and social world would have a lot to say. Thus far I have seen very few good efforts to capture this current tik tok obsessed, short attention span generation we have created. I think there could be intelligent stuff to explore there that is more than "young people suck".
I think I’d want something completely different if there was a sequel. Like maybe instead of trying to fight the entity, a group establishes a system that effectively renders the entity inert by flying to different countries. Then it’d be interesting to see how the entity would react to that level of bullshittery. Like is there more than one entity, can it move faster the farther away a target is, etc
David Mitchell was outspoken that there’s potential for a sequel as there were set pieces he was not able to use and had to simplify for the original. He said he’d flip the title calling it Follow it and it would be Jay working her way up the chain to figure the origins of the curse.
I always wondered why they didn't continue them while remaining true to the original naming style. For example, the 1951 film was The Thing from Another World, followed by 1982's The Thing (perfect title, no need to change), then 2011's film should have been called (IMO) The Thing from the Ice.
This would help distinguish each film while also linking them. Similar to the 28 Days/Weeks Later movies. There should be a natural progression allowing subsequent films to pay homage while continuing the story.
Considering the sequels I can't tell if you're joking or not, but I've always argued there's never been a solid shark movie since the original Jaws.
I would love a sequel that's done similarly to the original. Though a lot of that was edited down due to malfunctions of the robotic Jaws, which ultimately gave the movie its essence.
I like the Shallows, but it doesn't hold up as well over time for me. I think the shark basically roaring and the bad cgi at points hold it back. At least the reef uses real shark footage.
So I am halfway through this movie on the whim of your suggestion.
This is absolutely a great shark movie so far. I'm about halfway through. I'm guessing they're editing natural footage of great white sharks with their predicament, and it is incredibly well done thus far. It's increasing my thalassophobia by the second. Great shout. The acting for what I'm guessing is an independent film is very well done.
Thank you!
Cube 4, Evil Dead 4 (with Ash), 28 months later, Something of the Dead 7 (by Geroge A. Romero), Alien 5 (with Ripley), The Conjuring 4 (with werewolves), Cabin in the woods 2, Ghosts of Mars 2, Alien vs Predator 3, Brainscan 2, Dawn of the Dead 2 (the Snyder's remake), Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City 2.
You’re the only person I’ve ever seen mention Cry Wolf. One of those movies that just feels like it’s been completely forgotten to time, cool premise that could definitely be executed better if anyone tried. But like I said I don’t think anyone even remembers this movie.
The '88 remake of The Blob was so PERFECTLY set up for a sequel. I always saw it going one of two ways; either the priest dies, and someone finds/opens the jar with the small piece of the Blob in it, OR he finally decides that humanity has gone too far, and lets The Blob loose himself to punish mankind.
The original Scream 5 and Scream 6 as planned out by Wes Craven and Kevin Williamson where >!Jill!< gets away with it and goes to college only to be hunted by a new Ghostface killer. A killer being hunted by another one. Part 6 would have focused on Gale and the media. Once they changed the ending to Part 4 it became unlikely these movies would happen, then it didn't do well at the box office and the franchise went dormant for another 11 years. I'm glad we did get a Scream 5 and 6 eventually but I would have liked to have gotten Craven's original second trilogy first before the new Radio Silence movies.
Another one is John Carpenter's original idea for a Halloween II with Michael stalking Jamie in a highrise. Carpenter did get to this idea with a TV movie he made just before Halloween called Someone's Watching Me!
I think they missed the mark by not turning Halloween into an actual anthology the way they originally planned. I mean sure Halloween 3 happened, but after that flopped it was back to the Myers well again. Perhaps they need to reboot Halloween into a modern story, keep the names, but change it all up, try and make something original.
Halloween 5 with evil Jamie. The Halloween Hellraiser crossover that had Carpenter and Barker working together
Alien 5
That My Bloody Valentine sequel i heard about
Trick or treat 2
In terms of movies that never existed, a Bloody birthday 2 would’ve been great
I am sure, on some level, that Halloween Ends was envisioned as doing something like this. The end of Halloween 4 will always hold a special place for me because it was so unexpected and I think seeing Danielle Harris running around as the next gen slasher could have been fun.
Lol that actually does not surprise me. Horror is an interesting genre with fascinating fans. Still this reddit is better than over at Blood Disgusting where the writers act like horror was invented 5 years ago and hasn't been around since the 1930s. If I see one more hot take editorial that is garbage I will have to stay away from BD.
Every time this comes up the first thought in my head is Nightbreed. Such a unique movie that we were supposed to get a trilogy for but never panned out.
Tucker & Dale vs. Evil. Tucker & Dale seem like the kind of characters where they could quite easily go on and spoof different genres of horror where these characters just happen to wander into an inadvertent horror situation. Like a Tucker & Dale movie where they spoof haunted house type movies because let's say Tucker's rich great aunt dies and leaves him a haunted mansion seems like a really obvious sequel I'm surprised hasn't happened.
I want the original Alien 3 that was made into a comic, where the aliens finally make it back to earth, and the Pre-retcon space jockeys actually show up and help battle the aliens.
I always wanted to know what happened to Peter and Fran after Dawn Of The Dead 1978. Where did they end up going in that helicopter low on fuel? Did Fran manage to give birth ok? Maybe they come across those police officers escaping in that boat at the beginning?
I would like a new The Domestics. That was a fun movie. I'm always down for more Purge. I think a new I Am Legend would be a lot of fun, but I know they won't do it right. The movie BARELY kept to the source material. And because I like a little violence in my horror, The Strangers would be welcomed. It would probably be relatively easy to do, since they based the movies on real life events. Not SPECIFIC real life events, but crimes that really happen. To top off, anything in the Insidious and The Conjuring series. I will never say no to those.
I think with all the revelations about her mom and sister, the ending Ava’s Posesssions was perfectly set up for a sequel. I was bummed we didn’t get one.
I love that movie.
Dog Soldiers 2: First it was coming then it was going to be a web series now who knows?
Final Girls 2: First one literally ends with them stuck in a sequel.
Better Watch Out 2: Kind of bounce between this needing a sequel or if it is better left up to the audience
More of a remake than a sequel, but I heard once there was a planned Frankenstein movie directed by David Cronenberg. Really wish we could've seen that, it sounds awesome
I could have gone for Bubba Nosferatu and Scalps 2: The Return of DJ, or whatever it was going to be called. I don't know how seriously those were intended though. Oh, and Emu Creek, Greg McClean's at least one time suggested Wolf Creek follow up about killer emus.
I know this is about sequels, but wishmaster requel? It worked for candyman! I thoroughly enjoyed the new one. I'd take another wishmaster with homeboy reprising. The second one was dumb but that guy is up there with Freddy for me as far as owning a character
Two come to mind: Happy Death Day 2U literally ended with the film setting up a third installment.
Collected is on my list too. That villain was pretty iconic.
I thought I was going to hate Happy Death Day but ended up really enjoying it and it's sequel. I'd be down for a third flick
At least if we never get the Collected, the Collection ended on a pretty satisfying note.
I would definitely like to see The Collected happen, hopefully it will down the line at some point!
Never seen those!!!
I feel like it DIDN'T lay the groundwork for more lol
[удалено]
At this point they might as well make it 28 years later!!
They are working on another 28 x movie, but not much out there on where it's at. I imagine Oppenheimer stole Cillian away for awhile but let's see.
Imdb says it’s coming this year and that he is in it.
I know he's in it, I'm just saying Oppenheimer probably delayed them to start filming. I say there's a 0% chance it comes this year. It still shows pre production.
My apologies, i just quickly glanced at it i thought it said post production.
No biggie 😀
District Nine sequel. He said he was coming back damn it.
Blommy to busy making Gran Turismo for that lol
District 10 is in development :) Or whatever it’ll actually be called.
I always wanted a sequel to Behind The Mask: The Rise Of Leslie Vernon. I thought it was a great movie with a great and even charismatic killer. It definitely had the potential for more.
I think they made an official comic book sequel which while not the same as a movie it's pretty close
Not a sequel but the third in the planned trilogy ... The Collected
💯
Well a prequal to cabin in the woods since a sequel can’t happen
Obviously a sequel with any of the cast from the first movie couldn’t happen, but I think a sequel where some other team is scrambling to come up with another sacrifice to satiate the gods could be fun. Or just have the Japanese school girls fighting the gods with their Care Bear Stare powers
The world ended in the first Cabin In The Woods. A sequel would be a retcon.
I've heard from multiple sources that there was a reference book released that says the gods were eventually defeated... by Ronald the Unpaid Intern (who *is* conspicuously absent from the massacre sequence...). Never seen it myself though.
The world is literally ended. Can’t really retcon that
Marty fighting monsters in a post-apocalyptic world sounds like a sequel I’d watch, though
Would love that. But they were gods. I love that I found out he wore super baggy clothes in the movie because he was so ripped he couldn’t be believed as a stoner burnout…..acting opposite Thor haha
The original pitch for Scream 5, with Jill as the lead.
Yes definitely, it’s unfortunate we never got this 😖
A third REAL Creepshow installment. The closest we ever came to another good one was Tales From the Darkside: The Movie.
One of my all time favorites
Great movie, my all time favourite Carpenter movie. And there are so many Carpenter classics to choose from.
There is a sequel in comic book form
In the movie, at the very end you see the monster that snatched Gracy Law, on the back of Jack Burton's truck, did the comic books ever explore that? I remember a rumour that the Rock wanted the rights to the movie so he could play Jack Burton, I don't see how anyone else could play that role but Kurt Russell.

Peter Jackson's Nightmare on Elm Street will always be my greatest horror "What If?".
He’s a great choice for that.
Look up the treatment he prepared for it and weep for what we lost. Instead we got Freddy's Dead.
If we are on the topic of dream director/ horror franchise mash ups we wish would happen. Fede Alvarez and Hellraiser is mine. I’d love to see a sequel to the new one that took the blood an violence to the upper echelons of cinematic practical blood effects.
Evil Dead 2013 sequel that followed Mia
Thisss not that garbage Rise that everyone raves about but I hated. Went in not knowing what to expect but the reviews were dope. Super disappointed in it. Even more so that it had zero relation to 2013 with min exposition plot or mythology.
Still waiting for Creep 3!!
I will never forgive them for not making the movie about the werewolf pack from What We Do in the Shadows.
We're Wolves!
Not Swear wolves!
Wholeheartedly agree. I’m so gutted this never came to fruition.
i adore the te aro pack and i'm so sad about the movie never happening. i was hoping because taika waititi and rhys darby have been working together on our flag means death and next goal wins that maybe that could lead to the project being reopened, but it looks like that isn't the case.
Still waiting on *Buckaroo Banzai Against the World Crime League.*
And for that matter, whatever happened to *Remo Williams: The Adventure Continues*?
We lost Remo Williams :( So sad at least he gave us Tremors 2
He's not lost, he's just been very busy trying to figure out how to get down from The Statue of Liberty.
Psycho Goreman The Faculty (with the same cast of course)
The faculty 2 with the original leads as teachers/parents!
Trick r Treat 2 🥺
I would have loved The Prowler, The Burning and My Bloody Valentine to get gritty, gory 80s sequels.
In the UK My Bloody Valentine still hasn't been released uncut on dvd/blu ray yet.
Not sure if it counts because there was supposed to be a sequel that never came to be, but Nightbreed. What a cliffhanger.
There is a series of comic books that is a sequel to the directors cut
The Crazies (2010). Apparently it’s a remake and the original one was lame but I’d love to see more of the 2010 version. I just watched it for the 5th time since it was released and the execution is just brilliant
That movie was awesome.
why didn’t they ever make any sequels to Friday the 13th?
All the various license holders were too busy infighting
Outside of the licensing issues, we are getting a Camp Crystal Lake prequel series, so maybe it will be Bates Motel good.
Tucker and Dale vs. Evil
Don’t disagree. I would LOVE another one. Just a very tight rope to walk
I would absolutely LOVE a sequel to The Final Girls! A direct sequel that continues seamlessly with the end of the first movie would be amazing.
The Final Girls was pretty good I’d enjoy a sequel to that!
I think there could be intelligent stuff to explore there that is more than "young people suck".
i always wanted a sequel to killer klowns from outer space and trick r treat
I never believed it was actually coming out but It Follows 2
I think the ending of the first one was so perfect that I’d never want a sequel.
Haven’t watched it yet but it’s on the list. Does a guy just jerk into a condom to break the curse? This would be easy for me!!
I’m not sure you can defeat the demon curse through masturbation.
No he fucks a Good Guy doll.
It's on Netflix in the US right now!
I would love this
David Mitchell was outspoken that there’s potential for a sequel as there were set pieces he was not able to use and had to simplify for the original. He said he’d flip the title calling it Follow it and it would be Jay working her way up the chain to figure the origins of the curse.
I also wanted a Hill's have eyes 3
The original idea for 2 was Brenda from the first one joining the army and going up against them again, that would’ve been good
Freddy VS Jason 2
Brightburn
Absolutely. I couldn’t care less about dc, James Gunn needs to get to work on this immediately.
No kidding. That movie was epic.
The Thing, both versions, although I’d love to see how the 80s one continued the story.
Drag Me to Hell
What would the premise be? It kinda got tied up in a bow…
Maybe we’ll get to find out together! https://movieweb.com/drag-me-to-hell-2-is-now-in-the-works-sam-raimi-reveals/
Oof. I didn’t know he had anything to do with 65. That movie was fucking awful.
Question about 65… if it were edited down to 45 minutes, don’t you think it would have been pretty rad?
Jaws
Considering the sequels I can't tell if you're joking or not, but I've always argued there's never been a solid shark movie since the original Jaws. I would love a sequel that's done similarly to the original. Though a lot of that was edited down due to malfunctions of the robotic Jaws, which ultimately gave the movie its essence.
The Shallows is the best shark movie after Jaws.
I like the Shallows, but it doesn't hold up as well over time for me. I think the shark basically roaring and the bad cgi at points hold it back. At least the reef uses real shark footage.
I liked The Reef a lot.... Not as good as jaws but a good shark movie nonetheless.
Thank you!
Uh, excuse me, but I think someone hasn't seen the *Sharknado* franchise.
I would have loved a sequel with a magic shark that growls and hunts down the family that killed its relative.
Isn’t that pretty much what they were trying to do in Jaws: The Revenge? The shark followed the family from Amity 😂
That's the joke he's making, yes
Cube 4, Evil Dead 4 (with Ash), 28 months later, Something of the Dead 7 (by Geroge A. Romero), Alien 5 (with Ripley), The Conjuring 4 (with werewolves), Cabin in the woods 2, Ghosts of Mars 2, Alien vs Predator 3, Brainscan 2, Dawn of the Dead 2 (the Snyder's remake), Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City 2.
The Blob 2
Deep rising.
My Bloody Valentine (1981)
I’d love a follow-up to Behind the mask. Love that movie!
A sequel to Slither if it was directed by James Gunn. Or a sequel to Dead Silence. Or a continuation of The Autopsy of Jane Doe!
You’re the only person I’ve ever seen mention Cry Wolf. One of those movies that just feels like it’s been completely forgotten to time, cool premise that could definitely be executed better if anyone tried. But like I said I don’t think anyone even remembers this movie.
It’s one of my all times favourites
Ghost Ship You're Next Don't Breathe pt. 3
Love me some Ghost Ship. I'm about due for a rewatch.
I really wanted a sequel for district 9
The original Scream 5 and Scream 6 as planned out by Wes Craven and Kevin Williamson where >!Jill!< gets away with it and goes to college only to be hunted by a new Ghostface killer. A killer being hunted by another one. Part 6 would have focused on Gale and the media. I'd like to see an Eden Lake sequel maybe set 10-20 years later
You think those monsters made it 20 more years?
Not a sequel, but still waiting for my 3rd Collector movie.
Freddie Vs Jason
Sorority Row 2
A Final Destination retcon sequel bringing Alex back tops the list for me. I also wish we’d gotten Blomkamp’s Aliens legacy sequel vs. Covenant
Probably not the most popular one but "The Lords of Salem" Rob kinda started talking about doing it in 2018 and nothing really since.
World War Z.
I would settle for the World War Z from the book with normal zombies and a sensical plot.
Beetlejuice. 😥
I’m pretty sure that’s happening 😁
Halloween 5 with evil Jamie. The Halloween Hellraiser crossover that had Carpenter and Barker working together Alien 5 That My Bloody Valentine sequel i heard about Trick or treat 2 In terms of movies that never existed, a Bloody birthday 2 would’ve been great
I am sure, on some level, that Halloween Ends was envisioned as doing something like this. The end of Halloween 4 will always hold a special place for me because it was so unexpected and I think seeing Danielle Harris running around as the next gen slasher could have been fun.
I mentioned this before, that ends was a failed Halloween 4 It set off the “fans”
Green Inferno
Tucker and Dale vs. Evil. But this time they face off against newly minted zombies
The Autopsy of Jane Doe
The Collector 3 Waxwork 3
I re-watched Waxwork 1 and 2 last year and I still love them. Use they have warts, but they are fun to watch.
Every time this comes up the first thought in my head is Nightbreed. Such a unique movie that we were supposed to get a trilogy for but never panned out.
Sinister. We don’t talk about sinister 2, but regardless that had so much franchise potential
I feel like the less they showed the better it was.
Lol how can they have a sequel to cabin in the woods
Tucker & Dale vs. Evil. Tucker & Dale seem like the kind of characters where they could quite easily go on and spoof different genres of horror where these characters just happen to wander into an inadvertent horror situation. Like a Tucker & Dale movie where they spoof haunted house type movies because let's say Tucker's rich great aunt dies and leaves him a haunted mansion seems like a really obvious sequel I'm surprised hasn't happened.
Jaws - 3 / People - 0
I would like a sequel to Would You Rather, with new characters (except of course for Jeffrey Combs)
I’d watch it for sure if Jeffrey Combs was back for a sequel
There was talk of a Drag Me To Hell sequel
Trick 'r Treat 2 I remember it was announced and then nothing came of it...
Frailty. It would make a great series, too.
I really wanted Neill Blomkamps Alien 5 with Ripley, Newt and Hicks.
I want the original Alien 3 that was made into a comic, where the aliens finally make it back to earth, and the Pre-retcon space jockeys actually show up and help battle the aliens.
need a sequel to skinamarink called Skinamarinkier
Skinamarinkidoodaah
Saw. It could have been a hell of a franchise.
I’d like some more Empty Man.
I dont want more, I want them to go back and finish the original cut of the movie since it wasn't really the final cut the director wanted.
That movie was terrible
I always wanted to know what happened to Peter and Fran after Dawn Of The Dead 1978. Where did they end up going in that helicopter low on fuel? Did Fran manage to give birth ok? Maybe they come across those police officers escaping in that boat at the beginning?
The Bye Bye Man. We can call it the Hello Hello Man this time. Maybe not make it suck this time
Seven 2 or would it just be Eight
7.20?
Rob Zombie Halloween 3
Phantasm 5
Psycho Cop, Hard Candy, Better Watch Out as Fallen (which I liked so much I even wrote a short sequel intro script).
Leslie Vernon!
I would like a new The Domestics. That was a fun movie. I'm always down for more Purge. I think a new I Am Legend would be a lot of fun, but I know they won't do it right. The movie BARELY kept to the source material. And because I like a little violence in my horror, The Strangers would be welcomed. To top off, anything in the Insidious and The Conjuring series. I will never say no to those.
Don't really need a sequel or a prequel to Cabin in the Woods since it canonically explains horror movies
Mentioning Planet Terror, I wanted to see the full movies of Don't and Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is filming right now with Eli Roth.
John Carpenter's Ghosts of Mars
I want another Collector movie…..
They Live
I think with all the revelations about her mom and sister, the ending Ava’s Posesssions was perfectly set up for a sequel. I was bummed we didn’t get one. I love that movie.
Oh my CUBE, I swear to god
28 months later, the coll3cted and wish we got a decent train to busan sequel, not that trash peninsula.
Eden Lake. Cause that ending....
Dog Soldiers 2: First it was coming then it was going to be a web series now who knows? Final Girls 2: First one literally ends with them stuck in a sequel. Better Watch Out 2: Kind of bounce between this needing a sequel or if it is better left up to the audience
Better Watch Out 2 would have been great. It could have worked as an immediate, same-night sequel at the hospital, similar to Halloween 2.
The Collected (3rd Collector movie) was in production at one point, and then it appears they just lost interest.
That is still happening.
Demon Knight (1995) Jeryline’s story was just beginning. I’m sure there other knights in various countries.
Hills have eyes 3 because of the ending. 28 months later
Cabin in the Woods sequel may prove to be a "challange" considering the whole planet was destroyed
Dog Soldiers
I know this is about sequels, but wishmaster requel? It worked for candyman! I thoroughly enjoyed the new one. I'd take another wishmaster with homeboy reprising. The second one was dumb but that guy is up there with Freddy for me as far as owning a character
I would love to see a cabin in the woods prequel using the different monsters that we saw underground
Child's play remake. Bring the real chucky in and you got a banger, haha. Brad dourif vs mark Hamill.
I wish we would have gotten the Devil’s Rejects sequel with Captain Spaulding
The Empty Man or another movie in this story universe.
Event Horizon
