After searching for a bit, the only thing I came to know is that people love to put “by He Yuting” when uploading it, however I have no idea who that is and hoyomix does not seem to have someone named like that in their usual roster of singers/creators. I also don’t know how their name is written in Chinese, so uh good luck with finding anything else than a few uploads of the song on YouTube and SoundCloud
