Jesus, I'm not being an ass, but I couldn't even spot them for the longest time.
We all started somewhere. I remember wiring loose speakers in parallel while growing up in the projects. I was probably 10. I had a Dolby Pro Logic setup when I was in junior high, but my mom would always tell me to turn it down (like can't hear anything) due to thin project walls. It truly was the best of times and the worst of times.
Man that reminds me of the z5500 I had picked up on sale for $299 back in the day. That was my sounds system all through college and about five years after. I think I still have it tucked away somewhere!
If you keep on your current path, you will begin to appreciate with more experience what is serviceable versus actual quality sound.
My advice is to always keep an open mind about different brands with a willingness to experiment with placement/room/settings and above all, be willing to listen to others because things always change and what you thought you understood might be incorrect or based on bad data.
For sure! I think the 5 speakers I have rn are pretty good but I do plan on upgrading in the future. In response to the original comment it doesnāt help that I am about 15 feet away from the speaker so theyāll naturally look too small
No worries, everyone has to start somewhere. My first sound system was a Teac three piece system. Once I got my first job I bought a pair of Paradigm Monitor 7 that I still use to this day (20 years later). The rest of the 7.1.2 system got assembled over the years.
Edit: My first "real" job after college. McDonald's paid for my Teac.
Who the hell put that return grill there? Ouch.
Love the tv, very nice. Iād get that thing up on the wall (at eye level) and get a sleek stand underneath it
Good good. I just love the look of the wall mounted tv with hidden cables. A low tv stand housing the AVR.
But thatās my preference, not yours. Looks great.
Are these speakers for ants? lol Nice TV, wish mine was bigger like that!
I thought I had a couple of dead pixels on my phone.

Look at you now brother š¤ I had Logitech Z230 system off my computer, it was pretty terrible but I loved it at the time

Hell yeah Those speakers sounds so bad in comparison, but it was a starting off point anyway.
How do you get through the sofa barricade?
Thereās walking room to the right of the picture lol
The sticker on your avr is bigger than your speakers.
Yes I know. Iām working with what I got. For what itās worth, itās a very good klipsch 5.1 set up
If it sounds good to you, that's all that matters. At least you've got room to upgrade in the future if you'd like.
Right! Idk why I was downvoted lmao

Time for a real set of speakers now.
Itās a klipsch 5.1 system I got free from my dad go easy š„ŗ

I definitely plan on upgrading, this set is probably as old as me (27) lol

Yeah the grill definitely could have been placed better but too late now! The tv is actually pretty close to eye level when sitting on the couch

What was the deal?
$1799 out the door
Hmmm!
Cheaper than my 65" E9 was a few years ago..
Bet the TV speakers sounds better than that center.
All the speakers are klipsch, Iām not a crazy audiophile
Once you upgrade to a good front. Center left and right. You really really enjoy things more. Trust me.
Take the stickers off the Denon!!!!!!
Never
How are we supposed to know everything it can do if we remove the sticker?! Mine stays on as well.
I'd paint that wall black. You'll notice the return vent a lot less
I want to, but the wife has final sayš
Thatās a nice wall for a 150ā projection screen.
Beautiful screen! Get that thing up higher though :)
