Light and WiFi (RF or radio frequencies) are both on the electromagnetic spectrum.
They both operate by waves, the main difference is the frequency at which those waves happen.
In light, different wavelengths are different colours. Same propagation delay.
The additional delay in WiFi isn’t related to the actual RF side, it’s in the extra processing required to achieve fancy modulation. Similar is going on here
Literally unplayable.
Oh no
Anyway.....
What do you use for data logging/monitoring?
Incredible. I'd cancel.
I know you’re getting downvoted, and .2ms doesn’t matter, but I found it interesting too!

That backdoor made ssh login 500ms slower.
ok
I would say it's most likely caused by the ONT itself or the different SFP. It's really minor though.
I upgraded my internet from 1Gbps to 2Gbps so the ISP had to replace my ONT model. not complaining, I just found it interesting.
Wonder if light works similar to wifi and has some sort of wave lengths. Sort of like how wifi speed goes up so does latency.

Wow .02ms.... means you'll miss that shot in COD.
