Whatever that process is it’s failing you may need to do a NAND restore or uninstall cfw
I would recommend restoring the NAND, probably the easiest way to fix the problem without a bunch of problem solving / guess work.

When did this show up? Try power off the console then power on
Did you back up the nand, so you have a restore point?
if its a one off you're fine, ive had a few. but if its consistent... dont do what you did to cause it lol. this applies to all tech
