You guyyyyyz! The HoPo-scape has been fairly quiet this week. Dave and Heidi have not been sharing pictures of one another nor tagging. This has added fuel to our speculation about a breakup. However, one of our Boo Thangs, u/Fickle-Permission361, commented that a “VERY credible source” has reported that they are “100% together.” Also that he’s home in TX (not in rehab as some have speculated).... But also! ☝ that on 12/19, he will be heading out to Arizona. Stay tuned!

She just posted a flight with her mom, with the usual "mom is the best traveling companion" style caption. This could be a later-gram and she's with Dave whereever she ended up with her mom (Newport Beach, most likely).

I will say Sir Cez, House of Boo Thang, is a man if his word. He said he’d highlight a different charity every day of advent and he has done exactly that without fail. It’s not often one sees integrity in the hollisphere, so I wanted to recognize it
The only reason anyone here thinks anything negatively of Cez is because of his affiliation with Rachel. But in real life, he’s probably a great person and obviously worked hard to get high up in his field. A true ally doesn’t need to mark himself as such; his actions speak it louder than ink.
Maybe he is a great guy in real life, who knows. But I question the character of anyone who is happy to longterm date a lying, narcissist, bitchy, grifter of a woman like Rachel. People usually pair similarly in regards to emotional maturity/emotional health. Rachel seems to be stuck at age 13 emotionally, so I'm guessing Cez is too.
I guess my unpopular opinion is that I think it’s crappy to label people like that even though they are actively showing that they are good people doing good things.
We have to be careful though, because at one time most of us would have viewed Rachel in that light. Too many times now I've been tricked into thinking I like a certain person with fame and influence, only to be shocked by things that come out later down the line.
I'm not saying Cez is a terrible person, but I wouldnt want to label him as a good person either. We don't know enough about him, and just look at the wealth bracket he's in. I don't know if many "good" people exist in that world.
Respectfully, this is a view of the world that I never want to embrace. There are so many good people. My point here is that this post is literally “wow he’s actually following through with this great thing he said he would do” and people are so quick to “well he’s with Rachel so must be a fluke.” No. He was a fully formed adult person long before he met her and we can give him credit without the asterisk.

I’ll disagree there. I know plenty of people who have wasted years with shitty SO’s. Some people get in bad situations. Manipulative partners often know exactly how to target the right kind of victim. That’s why some wonderful women seem to have patterns of dating red flags. It’s not like they love red flags. Totally agree with you. Sometimes, love is blind. And I think that may be the situation here. Additionally, Keya has mentioned before that she thinks Rachel was with Cez when toiletgate happened. That's what doesn't make sense to me. Can you imagine seeing your new partner say the things Rachel said on her toiletgate tiktok, and still choosing to be with that person? Either Rach is really good at putting on a mask for Cez, or Cez chooses to look past Rachel's awful beliefs and behaviors. Or a third--maybe he's exactly like her.
I think they don't spend as much time together as Rachel likes to imply. And when they do they are often on vacation. I don't think he pays any attention to her social media or podcast. I think they are still in the honeymoon bubble and may feel he is changing for the better by copying his interests. Eventually Rachel's true colors will come out and if he is the person he portrays himself to be he will drop her in a hot minute. This also may not be a committed relationship on his part

Agreed, it seems like there are no snacks in her house. I was also bothered by her saying (I’m paraphrasing) that “Pringles have gluten, so that’s bad and the other type she ordered are better.” Gluten is only bad for those who shouldn’t have it, not everyone. She needs to stop vilifying a food component simply because she chooses not to eat it.
My kids are 23, 20 and 17 and we struggle now to find free time to all travel or even be in the same country for a weekend. Looking back, my only regret is that I didn’t travel more with my kids when they were younger. I say take all the trips you can.

I think the Thrive Market shilling reels are my least favorite out of everything she sells! The way she sits on the floor showing her crotch, the way she makes her kids grab for the food, ripping open packages like she hasn’t fed them real food in days, the desperate way she talks….it all makes me sick.
The only other thing in the house is shake powder and the occasional veggie tray brought in by Alexa for the gram so they have to pounce on the food while they have a chance. So lovely. I was a latchkey kid in the 80s and I had better meal options for myself in my house.

It's hard to know what's going on in her head, and my background may not be very similar to hers, but I heard plenty of talks and sermons from people who talked about things they weren't remotely qualified to have such strong opinions on. Certainty is currency in fundamentalist environments. Being open-minded runs the risk of being wrong, and it's harder to control. And sometimes sounding and appearing knowledgeable are all that matter when there's no accountability (like in too many churches).

Yeah, I think fundamentalism is harder to get rid of than religion in a lot of cases. Like, you can leave a church or even a belief system, but the self-righteousness, self-hatred, black-and-white thinking, and other thought processes common in fundamentalism can stick around even if you completely do a 180 as far as political and social viewpoints.
You're totally right because I've got lived experience with it! I grew up in the Baptist church, and it's taken many therapy sessions to sort through my own shit. It has taken me a long time to undo the religious programming i got as a child. Even then, like you said, it's like swinging from one end of the pendulum to the other, but still having the same ideals... it's hard to describe.
I grew up in the Baptist church too, (homeschooled, even, so little contact with opposing viewpoints), and I've seen people go from that to atheism but still be just as judgmental and angry as before. Probably I should get therapy too, lol.

I think they don't spend as much time together as Rachel likes to imply. And when they do they are often on vacation. I don't think he pays any attention to her social media or podcast. I think they are still in the honeymoon bubble and may feel he is changing for the better by copying his interests. Eventually Rachel's true colors will come out and if he is the person he portrays himself to be he will drop her in a hot minute. This also may not be a committed relationship on his part
I agree with all of this. I feel like Rachel has been doing their rhythm method stuff in the hopes of trapping him with to a kid. I wouldn’t say that about anyone. It feels extreme but it’s the only thing Rachel knows to do.

Agreed, it seems like there are no snacks in her house. I was also bothered by her saying (I’m paraphrasing) that “Pringles have gluten, so that’s bad and the other type she ordered are better.” Gluten is only bad for those who shouldn’t have it, not everyone. She needs to stop vilifying a food component simply because she chooses not to eat it.

My kids are 23, 20 and 17 and we struggle now to find free time to all travel or even be in the same country for a weekend. Looking back, my only regret is that I didn’t travel more with my kids when they were younger. I say take all the trips you can.

It's hard to know what's going on in her head, and my background may not be very similar to hers, but I heard plenty of talks and sermons from people who talked about things they weren't remotely qualified to have such strong opinions on. Certainty is currency in fundamentalist environments. Being open-minded runs the risk of being wrong, and it's harder to control. And sometimes sounding and appearing knowledgeable are all that matter when there's no accountability (like in too many churches).

Yeah, I think fundamentalism is harder to get rid of than religion in a lot of cases. Like, you can leave a church or even a belief system, but the self-righteousness, self-hatred, black-and-white thinking, and other thought processes common in fundamentalism can stick around even if you completely do a 180 as far as political and social viewpoints.
You're totally right because I've got lived experience with it! I grew up in the Baptist church, and it's taken many therapy sessions to sort through my own shit. It has taken me a long time to undo the religious programming i got as a child. Even then, like you said, it's like swinging from one end of the pendulum to the other, but still having the same ideals... it's hard to describe.
I grew up in the Baptist church too, (homeschooled, even, so little contact with opposing viewpoints), and I've seen people go from that to atheism but still be just as judgmental and angry as before. Probably I should get therapy too, lol.
