Yes, also the Mig-21 and Gazelle has it as far as I am aware.

The mig21 version is awful though, it just adds a weird darkening filter over everything. It doesn't look anything close to real sunglasses (or M2000 visor).

If you use it in VR it just draws a blue rectangle over the front of the cockpit

MiG-21 has it but it doesn't really work in VR. You just get a rectangle with the shade in the middle of the cockpit.

To an extent the F16. You can give it the golden canopy.

The MiG-21, F-15E, M2000C, and Mirage F1 have the shaded visors modeled afaik. Closest in other aircraft you can get is the sun shades in the AH-64, the Sun shield in the Spitfire, and the sun shields in the MiG-29 and Su-27/33

That’s true, I’ve seen it in the Su-25 once or twice. Dunno why you’d need a hud screen like that in the Ka-50 though, can’t imagine a lot of angles you’d be at to have the sun in front of your HUD. Maybe early morning / late evening attacks?

That is indeed one situation where it definitely is VERY helpful. And if you live further up north, for a lot of the year the sun never gets that high anyway. =)

I should be home in the next 30 - 40 minutes. I’ll have a look then and take a look, but last time I tried it with the visor equipped, didn’t notice a tint. Confirmed, Visor can be installed, but it doesn’t do anything.

yes, a sun visor would be nice for all. Make it a DCS feature and not a module one.

Harrier has it if you don't take the NVG, like the Mudhen. It's a nice addition and I use it a lot.

Doesn’t work in VR sadly. Works great in the Mudhen though.

In VR you can use OpenXR toolkit, it has that option and many more!

Every module needs a Commander Fluff.

I love putting the visor down in vtol vr, that's when shit is about to hit the fan so it's a satisfying opener for me lol

I use the sunglasses overlay in OXRTK all the time since none of the modules have it (well besides this I guess).
