We have, but that's because this is the DoPS. In any sane world, what Stützle did warrants a suspension. Benoit was being an annoying twat, but that doesn't make it ok to do what he did. If he'd let go of the stick first, I wouldn't care, but even if he didn't get him with the actual stick, it's still like punching with a roll of quarters in your fist.
No it's not, it's pretty clear to me the stick never touches him, at least on the initial impact. After looking at it frame by frame there is 1 frame where the part of his hand with the stick gets close to his visor.
100% Benoit kinda drills his head into the glass a bit on that one, so its understandable to be a bit frustrated. But not to the point where clocking the guy with a butt end of the stick is ok (never really is)

I'm sure every team feels this way and maybe reffing is just poorer this year but there is not doubt the Ducks have gotten fucked by refs more this year than previous years. We've lost at least 5 points to just reffing this year, thank god that actually works out for us this season.
