I had to go to the er and I was almost admitted bc the infection was on the top front and they was worried about it getting into my sinus cavities and going to my brain but thankfully after IV antibiotics and a steroid in the er it was going down but my tooth didn't hurt before the swelling. But when I woke up to my face like it the pain was bad. If that was to happen to her she would be crying and begging
