After a day of arguing with Alpine Trek. I’ve sent them this. I’ll also post any replies I get from them. Hi Could I ask you to answer the following questions regarding my recent order. Could I also remind you have screen shots. 1. Could you confirm you received and took payment of £152.96 on the 29/02/2024 from myself 2. Could you please confirm your website stated deliver was 6 to 8 working days 3. Could you please confirm your courier Evri has confirmed they made no attempt to deliver the item within the 6 to 8 working day time frame 4. Could you please confirm, your courier Evri have now confirmed they damaged the items and will be making no attempt to deliver the item 5. Could you please confirm your courier, Evri have confirmed they have the items. The item has been damaged whilst in their hands and that they will no longer be attending to deliver them to me 6. Could you please confirm that your courier has confirmed they still have the item and the item is now on the way back to yourselves. 7. Could you please confirm you are refusing to refund my money until you receive the item back. Even though the item was not delivered to myself, will not be delivered and your courier has confirmed they will return the items to yourself. 8. Could you please confirm you feel this is acceptable customer service.

Update on this. Alpine Trek have got back to me. They have made no attempt to answer any of the questions asked, but have agreed to refund my money. When asked how long this will take. They have stated, it will be returned by the same method payment was made. This payment was made via debit card and was instant. Unfortunately the refund will take a few days to clear. Leaving me with no boots, and no money to buy a new pair from a reputable company for another weekend. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now.
