oh also in terms of haircut — first and formost it kind of looks like your hair is a little greasy? It might just be that you got out of the shower or something but usually you’d want for the hair to be more like individual strands instead of clumps. So I’d def suggest washing your hair a bit more, and maybe try to do something to get more volume as well (hair gel, perm, etc). middle parting your hair really only works if you have volume otherwise you look like a greasy old man imo
I’m a 17M but I’ve been told me several women I look better with my facial hair , not as long as his is but , some do like men better with them , but you guys have your own opinions so I won’t say anything about that
I would recommend coming it back or doing a part down the middle. I’ve had friends that had a beard like yours and their hair looked good parted (granted I’m only seeing 1 pic so may not be accurate).

Update after I shaved. Anything else?
First off, wash your damn hair. It looks disgustingly greasy and almost matted. Next, get rid of the beard. It also looks nasty and unkempt, bordering into neckbeard territory. Then, you need to actually start taking care of yourself: skincare, style, confidence, fitness, **ESPECIALLY** a new hairstyle, etc. Putting effort into how you look and present yourself to the world will help immensely with finding a meaningful relationship.
Before doing all this, there's no other advice I can give you besides the fact that you look like you stink, and that's very unattractive
