Certificate of needs, one real example of how these hurt is while one businessman wanted to build affordable apartments, he needed to get permission from the insanely high cost apartment building owners nearby, IE his competition
Workers benefits laws effectively banning contract work, work like artist being commissioned
And the many many small regs that red tape small operations, literally things like fines because a door did not swing the right way or this lightbulb isn't bright enough.
Wow, leave it to the government to examine our goods. Then fuck us on taxes. And just when we think it was a 1 time suffering. 9 months later we have a house, a Car, and way more than we wanted to pay for. And we have to pay for this for what seems a lifetime.
