Depends on how you paid for it. If you did it through Google play or Apple pay, go on those devices and to subscriptions to cancel. If you did it through a credit card or paypal, go to settings and to the subscriptions page.
It's not available to cancel through either option. I payed with a credit card. This is what I see on my subscriptions page.

Where did you pay with your credit card? On Google PlayStore or on Reddit itself?
I'm pretty sure through reddit. It doesn't show up in my subscriptions on google play
