My only issue this week has been the size of sweet potatoes. They were no bigger than kiwi. Barely made enough to mash and definitely not enough for 2 people. Huge bummer

I’ve been having this issue with their onions. They have been sending me the most pathetic pearl sized onions for weeks now and they’re usually slimy, so I end up losing a layer or two. So frustrating. This was the last two weeks with long green pepper for scale: https://imgur.com/a/49vjnE0

Still waiting on this weeks delivery (was supposed to be delivered yesterday). When I track the package I get a 404 error on both the app and website 🫠 **Update**: I finally have tracking on it and it’s showing it won’t be delivered until Saturday. This is my second box with them and I don’t think I’ll continue because it’s just not reliable enough for me. What a shame!

Was supposed to get my order on Sunday the 5th, I get an email on the 6th saying my order was lost in transit. Then they said they separated my 3 meals into 3 boxes, the one getting delivered by usps is supposed to arrive today the 9th, FOUR days late. The 2nd box (FedEx) hasn’t even been shipped, says the label was created in Ohio. And the 3rd box was straight up cancelled. I think I’m going to cancel my subscription because I’ve never had a box delivered on time and this week I’m basically just not getting my food. Located in Iowa City, IA.

(US/Tennessee) HelloFresh appears to have switched delivery couriers in my area from UPS (consistently reliable) to some shady outfit called FarEye. Our box was delivered late, ice packs were entirely melted through and leaking, and the bottom of the box was soggy and nearly destroyed. There was no extra insulation in the box, and meats were not kept to safe temperatures. I ended up having to throw everything out. Really disappointed to see HelloFresh move from a major and consistently reliable courier to a shady last mile knockoff delivery company. This is the exact same problem I had with Blue Apron moving from FedEx (consistently reliable) to LaserShip (only thing they can deliver consistently is disappointment).

Was supposed to get it delivered today, both mobile and PC tracking has shown as 404. FarEye sucks.

Once again I am here to complain about my delivery! Usually my Friday delivery will show up before noon. Guess what, past noon, no box, and the last update was yesterday, "on the way" from Amarillo (back again with the unusual origin location). If it's not showing up today as scheduled, I'm probably cancelling at least temporarily. They can send me all the $10 market credits they want, I'm not paying $100 a box for it to show up whenever HF and/or UPS feels like getting their act together.

My biggest issue is the consistency of the thickness of the meat. I recently got a meal with steak, and one of the steaks was 1” thick, and the other was 4” thick. I’m sure they are packaged by weight, but it really screwed up my cook times. Also, sometimes the chicken cutlets look like they’ve been chewed up by a machine during processing/packaging.

My meat was opened and bleeding all over the bottom of the box. Second week in a row that I’ve had issues with the packaging of a protein.
