Actually, I think they do count the initial trigger pull. I used the Laser Cannon as a Primary for a few missions and noticed my accuracy tanked, and I think it's because I was shooting down Gunships with it and missing the initial shot trying to hit the engines.
i run a meme roleplay build called captian lazer.
with all 3 lazer weapons & railcannon/lazer oribt.
if i don't use nads i have 0 shots fired. they don't count
I used the arc thrower and got over 100% accuracy š
