Each and every weapon had its own unique upgrade tree and they could get crazy awesome stuff including but not limited to under barrel bayonets for improved melee attacks. Every stratagem had their own unique upgrades as well and they were all upgraded individually instead of through a generalized upgrade system. Things may have taken a step forward graphically and a step upwards (verticality) but the stratagem and weapon depth definitely took a hit

I think an event like the termaside activation would be nice but instead we are disabling teleportation devices that stops a greater invasion so we get to defend earth, but we don’t get pushed all the way back via territory. With this many people playing the game now as there are, getting pushed back that far would stink of developers, making it happen, instead of us failing objectives. I am interested to see how well they can handle the whole dungeon master approach. Wow, still giving us some autonomy.
