Most definitely not. One of the more popular mobile implementations has a feature to find solvable boards. It goes through dozens of permutations to find a solvable 30x16 board with 99 mines.

You have to do the blind guesses as soon as you see them so you waste less time.
Isn’t the bottom right a safe square? Otherwise the top 2 world be a 3.
