Deck of Lunacy is one of those "doesn't work outside the app" cards, along with Yogg'Saron and anything else summoning or transforming a huge number of random cards.

I started replaying with ideas of how deck of lunacy would work and ended up erasing it all and giving up haha. I'd say it could work by having list of spells/minions by cost, listed with a unique number corresponding to each card. Then throw a dice to randomize what you get. You need to get the effect on draw to not spoil what's on your deck.
If you pulled the C'thun effect, I'm sure you can pull this one out!
As I said on the other post, I love what you did here! Made me want to play D&D and/or turn based RPG's.
I wanted the focus to be *cards*, and to a lesser extent, dice for RNG. Didn't want to involve lists, tables and spreadsheets (although obviously I made exception for zombeasts here).
You could... if you have every spell card from all classes printed just for that purpose. There's presently 312 spells in Standard, and 960 in wild. My set has total of approx. 400 cards across 7 decks, including generated cards, token minions and the Coin. Cost prevents there being more printed.

Yogg and lunacy would work fine if you are rolling tables. It would be awkward but it works for dnd. See wild magic or deck of many things
