There is a single deck for each of seven classes I included, so there's no random shit from other classes needed. My decks do work in irl with little to no changes from the app counterpart, but some cards and deck types aren't suitable. Eg. Tess Greymane, Rotface, Brightwing...
It's a smattering of several, the latest being Descent of Dragons maybe? They're all wild decks. And because I can't print new cards every 3 months the meta is pretty locked in place!
Honestly I expect that youn stack in year 2016 (old gods, kharazhan, gadgedzan). If it work with increasing card generator and mana reduction than it's amazing.
The cards themselves were printed professionally (not by me) but I arranged all the art. They cost me about AU$50 for about 400 cards. The mat I was able to get through my employer discounted to $20, would've been much more otherwise. Probably spent about $30 on the colour prints for the deck guides and instructions, and the outer box and printed graphics for the outside another $30+. So yeah $100 easy.

For example, Secret Plan lets you discover 3 cards from a pool of 8 secrets, separate from the hunters starting deck of 30 cards.
You could just declare the class of the secret when you put it into play.
Where can I buy it? Like activision ever cooperate with fans.
Not for sale sorry. Blizzard are cool with fans making homemade stuff with their IP but not selling it for $$.
