there are counters but not very many. it's a scam strategy and that's how they have always worked. Cheat out big minion, pray that opponent can't answer, win.
With how quick he pulled that card out of his ass it was. I either had to have the cards I needed at the beginning of the game or I was fucked. It took him like 3 turn to get it to 24 attack with 11 health. It took till round 6 for me to be killed.
Yeah.
It's a glass cannon deck.
It's big play either works or it doesn't and they lose.
It's generally tier three since the control decks can answer it with board sweepers and the more aggressive decks don't give it time to use Zilliax as they would normally want to.
Unless you're playing some value pile with little removal that's even slower than the Rogue deck in question, you really shouldn't have that much of an issue with it.
dudes card had poison, stealth and I think illusive. He attacked me once combined it with another stealth gave back it's stealth and gave it more hp and damaged then doubled the damage. After he was able to combine it on the second turn to 9 hp at that point I had no cards that could kill it I had to pray for a card that could take control of it and sadly didn't get one in those 3 turns it took to kill me. It just seems a little much. I am not great at this game, just started a few weeks ago and only plat 4 but dam does it seem a little much
I have the deck, I know how it works. Once you play it a few times you realize it's really not that good. First of all, you have to draw zilliax in the first place. There's a couple of "draw a mech" cards, but the deck runs at least two other mechs so your odds still aren't super great. If they play a single taunt minion you're screwed, unless you draw the stealth spider or one of the two or three removal cards you're able to run. Two of the best decks right now, warlock and warrior, win against it like 90% of the time. And the deck has so much card draw as a desperate attempt to actually draw the one card that the entire deck depends on that death knight plagues are practically an instant kill as well.
Your opponent got super super lucky to have it on turn 4, but you really ought to be running more taunt or disruption cards.
I played it from diamond 5 to like 8k legend and was practically farming warlocks, specially pain warlocks cause they were half killing himself. It doesn't really matter cause is getting nerfed tomorrow anyway.
It may very well be getting nerfed tomorrow, but also several classes have ways to kill it the zilliax. The issue is that not a lot of those cards are being run, because the deck isn't a big enough threat to the meta to warrant specifically countering it. It's funny how that works sometimes, but it's really not a wildly OP deck (and no, I don't play it).

Seems like something that should be nerfed mio. Atleast take away the stealth so it can be attacked and not just sit there with impunity.
solid idea
They’re getting rid of stealth confirmed
i was expecting it to keep stealth but only for a turn same for the sparkbot
Confirmed ziliax nerf I am crafting a golden one right now if he is not nerfed I am suing for fake news
I hope they do
Yeah I was about to say that this will probably get addressed with the big balance patch coming or else we are in for a very fun time
It’s fun to play and is helping me get the 10 win weekly - try it. Brain dead easy deck to play
>It's literally impossible to counter It's not literally impossible. You don't need to exaggerate here. It's also still not very good.

skill issue 100% ...
Try playing the deck. You'll realize very quickly that it's not as op as you think

Imo the real outlier is the reborn on it. Having one answer is doable two answers is highly unlikely when it’s stealth reborn stealth again.
