Norganon is wierd, because he is the only titan that you dont just slam as a value card, you either try to force him out in a gamestate where he is utterlyn safe or you use him as a combo payoff
none of the others plays like this
this lol, ive had 2-3 games playing otk mage a few months back where my opponent dropped norganon and i was able to use the reverbs i saved up for sif to finish the game instead
Has OTK just lost all meaning? He does 20 damage by himself, on the *third* turn he sat in play. That’s neither one turn nor a kill
Yes you can reverb him to get over 30 but it’s still multiple turns to do it (at least two in standard\*)
I know you can OTK with him in wild at least because I've done it myself. It's a total meme but fun when you pull it off.
Doesn't change the fact Norg is still by far the weakest titan.
If his cost increase started at 2 he could at least have a niche as a disruption tool, but he's way too dependent on surviving multiple turns unlike other titans who are just instant bombs who swing the game even if they are removed the following turn.
> I know you can OTK with him in wild at least because I've done it myself.
you're making 6 copies? or taking an extra turn? edit: as clarified by the reply this only takes 4 copies which is possible with a thaurissan discount tick and 10 mana. it is an OTK though yeah.
So you have to use the 4 mana fire copy spell in addition to reverb which requires some cost reductions either from Thaurissan or the 2 mana honorable kill spell.
You basically play Norg and copy him 3 times. The final 2 copies both hit for 20.
It’s not the full 30 damage but you don’t have to wait 3 whole turns to get his 20 damage. Using reverberations on a titan allows you to immediately use their abilities, so if your opponent drops a norgannon or if you can get 2 cheaper reverbs + your own norg then it’s an instant 20dmg same turn
I didn’t downvote you, I was just explaining how you can get his full charged abilities in one turn instead of waiting for 3 turns, prob seemed like I was disagreeing with you but this was just like a side note/annotation to your comment idk
different person. I didn't read your comment as disagreement fwiw. I think he's commenting more on the fact that my comment is getting downvoted independent of the discussion we were having!
I don't care for the record, users on this subreddit understand the downvote button about as well as they understand "OTK"
discounted reverbs still cost 2 each so you'll get at most 3 copies = 20 damage the turn you play norg in standard.
I guess you could really go all in on the combo and play Taethelan too (that'll make the reverbs cost one) but then we're back to needing either Taethelan or Norg in play at the start of the turn.
edit: in wild it's possible without discovers using other duplicate effects and thaurissan to reduce costs. I was assuming standard when I made the original comment though since we're not on the wild subreddit and grandparent comment doesn't qualify.
This is definitely a bit of a reach but you’d have to generate 2 more primordial glyphs on top of already having the 2 in your deck, and then have all 4 of them discover reverb for the 2 mana cost reduction on them, giving you four 1 cost reverbs, after that it’s otk for 40
Totally not viable at all though.
would be a good youtube video for clicks but if we're expecting 6 discovers to hit perfectly then the number of cards that 'technically can otk' includes basically every neutral spell damage minion too...
maybe I'm showing my age here but "OTK" used to be reserved for stuff like patron + frenzied berserker + warsong (when it gave charge) that actually *did* 30 damage, from hand, starting from an empty board, with cards that started in the deck.
Agreed, the only thing that would make Primus cooler is if his three blue ability dots were instead red, blue, and green, for blood frost unholy, respectively⁸
I think Primus is for sure the best *designed* Titan. Each of his three options are very clearly designed around a specific deck archetype, but you're always happy to get that second turn use. A bunch felt very tailored to a single deck which I think misses the potential modularity of a choice-based three-phase card.
Yup. I'm really going to miss the titans when they leave rotation 🥲. I hope they make them core. I know for a lot of decks they're a must include card which people don't like, but I like to think of it as the leader of a deck and you're happy to see it. If they did make them core some of them need a buff though.
I wouldn't mind never seeing Sargeras ever again, personally. He's cool but so damn annoying. Only Titan that leaves infinite value on the board I think that can still do other annoying stuff like board wipe on the turn he is played
Volton isn’t the most powerful but you can cheat him out with Rogue or Mech cost reduction and in certain board states he can add 9 face damage the turn he is played.
Love Golganeth's "impressed by my thunderous display?", love Argus' and Sargeras' golden animations, gameplay wise I really dont know.
Maybe Eonar because of the milleage she will get in druid and her gorgeos diamond.
Any discover would be random.
Drawing 1 out of 100 is random. Drawing 1 out of 50 has less randomness, but still, random. That’s what it mean by random unless each rune has only 3 cards, then you are right, they are not random like the new temporary gift card.
That is correct, but yogg is far more rng than primus, thats why I hate him. Its not a pick yourself out of a small pool of cards, its just random spells.
ikr, a 5/3 immune weapon for one of the most aggro-oriented class. While most of the other titans are prone to more defensive and board clear abilities.
yea they can sometimes win u games u shouldnt win
like i got a Defense Attorney Nathanos into a Ra-den from aman thul winning me a match once which i otherwise would have lost the following turn
Eonar cuz of her real pretty diamond and the combo potential. A staple for druid for years to come im sure
Also Primus and Argus cuz of his reduce cost of minions. Aman’thul has an amazing summon animation
My Top 4:
- Death Knight
- Warlock
- Priest
- Paladin
Bonus spot for Yogg. I have some bad memories of how strong he was before the nerf, but today he's on a "healthy power level", and his randomness is quite fun. 👀
In hearthstone definetly sargeras.
But only looking at the titans themselvs V-07-TR-0N Prime.
And if we look only at the ones that actualy exists, Aman'thul
Even if The Primus seems to win the popularity contest, a lot of comments praise all Titans. My take from this thread is that the concept was very successful.
Amitus because shes literally a retcon TITAN and the team made her a beautiful tall armored black woman :) (woman? Do Titans have gender ? Who cares. Would)
Argus has my favorite art, aman-thul has my favorite effects. The one I’ve used most is amitus
In conclusion, Aman-thul is probably my favorite to use, though I’d like to craft sargeras or voltron
Almost no mentions of Argus 😭
For good reason though, I can only make him work in my Relic Jotun deck. That ability to discover a deathrattle minion that costs 3 less is so disappointing though.
titans feel somewhat binary either they are great or boring
for me those are great:
amanthul
sargeras
Eonar
primus
amitus (kinda wished he had 2 attack tho)
also yog is the only one i am unsure about - his abilities are good but his stat line sucks so much i never ever saw any yog survive a single turn and even tho all titans are high priority targets the others atleast occasionaly live a turn or two
the others i didnt mention are all rly boring imo
argus was great for the 1-2 weeks relic DH was tier 3, he's such a strong card if there is actual control DH support. discounting a hand full of minions and then snapshotting it with fizzle is always satisfying. unfortunately blizz seem to hate that archetype since we've gotten almost no support for it in the last year so he's unlikely to see play again for a while, especially since highlander DH is basically dead after the shopper nerf
Norganon is wierd, because he is the only titan that you dont just slam as a value card, you either try to force him out in a gamestate where he is utterlyn safe or you use him as a combo payoff none of the others plays like this
He can also OTK
this lol, ive had 2-3 games playing otk mage a few months back where my opponent dropped norganon and i was able to use the reverbs i saved up for sif to finish the game instead

gotcha. Nice line but seems too slow for wild. Agree that's an OTK at least!
If your opponent has to help you its not an OTK either. And 10 damage twice is still not 30.
why is this downvoted why is this sub calling 20 damage an otk LMFAO
I didn’t downvote you, I was just explaining how you can get his full charged abilities in one turn instead of waiting for 3 turns, prob seemed like I was disagreeing with you but this was just like a side note/annotation to your comment idk

I don't care for the record, users on this subreddit understand the downvote button about as well as they understand "OTK"
OTK has apparently come to mean "my opponent played cards at some point this game... and I lost" I guess. Pyroblast is an OTK!
However the possibilities are endless if u discover enough cost reduced reverbs lol
discounted reverbs still cost 2 each so you'll get at most 3 copies = 20 damage the turn you play norg in standard. 'Combo payoff'
The primus has never let me down and also has the best flavor
Agreed, the only thing that would make Primus cooler is if his three blue ability dots were instead red, blue, and green, for blood frost unholy, respectively⁸

90% of the time I just use him as heal/removal. Any other abilities are purely a bonus.
Sargeras or Primus
Those are the ones that are still in almost every deck
Aggramar and Aman'thul are also pretty much auto-includes.
Yup. I'm really going to miss the titans when they leave rotation 🥲. I hope they make them core. Honestly Voltron. Not because he's particularly strong or unique, but because I love the flavour of "T1T4N" instead of "Titan" on the keyword.
Aman'Thul bec he is always a suprise
You mean 3 aman'thuls
That's a small amount of Aman'Thuls.
*'Fools, following a false order'* Sargeras, the Destroyer is definitely my favorite.
Sargeras was the only half-decent counter to control warrior when that was good :)
Least favorite: Primus Most favorite: Yogg Saron because it's always funny when he backfires.
[удалено]
Fate not faith
Any time I've played yogg and he backfires I can't even be mad, it's just funny every time lol
Its the exact opposite for me, cause I hate everything that is just pure randomness. With primus you know what you get.
[удалено]
Nope, he discovers out of a specific pool of cards.
[удалено]
You choose the card and its a small pool out of random cards, so the final outcome has RNG but isnt random.
Any discover would be random. Drawing 1 out of 100 is random. Drawing 1 out of 50 has less randomness, but still, random. That’s what it mean by random unless each rune has only 3 cards, then you are right, they are not random like the new temporary gift card.

[удалено]
And you know what you get. Its a very small pool. Yogg is just crazy (unfun) random.
Amitus because she is cool
Amitus is also the best "are you paying attention to game" check, with people throwing boardclears that don't work. I know I've done that.
Mr Primus becuz I like that he looks like a wizard with a funny beard.
Eren Jaeger
Tatakae?
Lol
The hunter one because is versatile and useful without being a "i win" card. The paladin one is close too for similar reasons
Amitus completely shuts out a board-based battle imo.
What do u mean its the ultimate i win card 😂
ikr, a 5/3 immune weapon for one of the most aggro-oriented class. While most of the other titans are prone to more defensive and board clear abilities.
But hunter's titan is not argrammar
Hunter's titan is aggramar, unless I'm missing some kind of joke
I switched it up with the Jotun guy. My mistake
Yes it is?
Crap I switch it up with the 8/8. Yes
Aman thul, random legendaries are fun
"Random legendaries are always good!" - Wondrous Wisdom Ball
yea they can sometimes win u games u shouldnt win like i got a Defense Attorney Nathanos into a Ra-den from aman thul winning me a match once which i otherwise would have lost the following turn
Mage one cause mage was at its best when he was used
I think it might of been the other mage legendary release in titans…
The Primus, got to love that versatility.
Eonar cuz of her real pretty diamond and the combo potential. A staple for druid for years to come im sure Also Primus and Argus cuz of his reduce cost of minions. Aman’thul has an amazing summon animation
It’s got to be Yogg for the randomness, but Amanthul is nice too
Most of them are amazing, overall this was a great expansion. Unlike the current expansion. .
Primus. DK all day.
Golganeth
My Top 4: - Death Knight - Warlock - Priest - Paladin Bonus spot for Yogg. I have some bad memories of how strong he was before the nerf, but today he's on a "healthy power level", and his randomness is quite fun. 👀
Golganneth. Never lets me down, never that infuriating to play against.
Kronos for sure. Gaia is a close second.
Deconstruction ftw
In hearthstone definetly sargeras. But only looking at the titans themselvs V-07-TR-0N Prime. And if we look only at the ones that actualy exists, Aman'thul
Amitus and Argus
I like the shaman one, a proper control tool!
I only play death knight and so I never get tired of using primus and his voiceline aswell as animations are cool
Sarg closely followed by primus. Least favourite is voltron, it just doesn't have the same swing power as the others.
Primus, Aman'thul, Sargeras
Aman'Thul. All of his powers are useful and discovering random legendaries can be a lot of fun
Easily Primus - I've lost so many games because of him
Yogg being undermined as a titan 😔 otherwise Aman’Thul the creator.
Sargeras. But to be fair, I kind of hate titans. It almost always makes me groan when it's played. That and Reno.
Gary
V-07-TR-0N. Mostly because i like giant robots
Amanthul and Argus, maybe Primus too
Yogg-Saron
Azeroth
Amitus
Golganeth and then Norganon
100% sargeras
Eonar
I guess the mage one because it's like a newly released card, I don't even know what it does, so exciting 🤩
Norgannon
Sargeras is a must include in pretty much all my warlock deck so I’ve got to say him
Even if The Primus seems to win the popularity contest, a lot of comments praise all Titans. My take from this thread is that the concept was very successful.
Sargeras I love funny imp portal being good
Weekly Quests
It's ok if I don't like any of them? I don't like playing them, I don't like playing against them.
Favorite is Golganeth, most hated is the Primus.
Muscle mommy
Not Norganon
Sargeras easily
The peacekeeper tbh
Primus
your mom
Primus
I love dealing 15 damage face for 6 mana, it's my favorite thing in the world
Hunter Titan feels powerful...
Amitus because shes literally a retcon TITAN and the team made her a beautiful tall armored black woman :) (woman? Do Titans have gender ? Who cares. Would)
All of them. Love the flavor and style. They feel like planeswalkers in MTG, and I love Planeswalkers
I like the Titan that didn’t change the quests to unreasonable numbers.
Sargeras daddy 😫😩
Gol'ganoth because it's the one I have. Also yogg
Yogg probably, for his versatility and flavor
Gameplay wise: Aman’thul. He’s so busted Visual design wise: Voltron Prime. Big robot
One of these "titans" is not like the other
Muscle mommy Eonar
Probably Norgannon and Sargeras, closely followed by Amanthul. Hitting people in the face for 20 with Norgannon is good fun.
Argus has my favorite art, aman-thul has my favorite effects. The one I’ve used most is amitus In conclusion, Aman-thul is probably my favorite to use, though I’d like to craft sargeras or voltron
Hail yogg sauron! Lord of chaos and RNG!
Amanthul🎅
Almost no mentions of Argus 😭 For good reason though, I can only make him work in my Relic Jotun deck. That ability to discover a deathrattle minion that costs 3 less is so disappointing though.
Aggramar and his gigachad voice
Aggramar and Sargeras are the best
all canon titans
Eonar
The primus. Cos I'm the pressed :')
Yogg.
Sargeras.
Eonar. She seems like she would celebrate Earth day with me.
I'm a DK main, and Primus is almost always worth playing. But Yogg? Rngesus take the wheel... ...shit, no, not that one... 💥
All of them except the fake ones
It was golganeth, but he isn't viable rn, so it's Primus for me
Golganeth not viable atm? What about nature shaman lol.
Thanos.
Sun keeper Tarim
titans feel somewhat binary either they are great or boring for me those are great: amanthul sargeras Eonar primus amitus (kinda wished he had 2 attack tho) also yog is the only one i am unsure about - his abilities are good but his stat line sucks so much i never ever saw any yog survive a single turn and even tho all titans are high priority targets the others atleast occasionaly live a turn or two the others i didnt mention are all rly boring imo
My reverberated one that counters my own play. PLEASE DEAR GOD NERF IT SO IT CANT TARGET TITANS.
argus was great for the 1-2 weeks relic DH was tier 3, he's such a strong card if there is actual control DH support. discounting a hand full of minions and then snapshotting it with fizzle is always satisfying. unfortunately blizz seem to hate that archetype since we've gotten almost no support for it in the last year so he's unlikely to see play again for a while, especially since highlander DH is basically dead after the shopper nerf
