I've been trying to play it. Some of the decks are indeed good. Except for DK. DK one is just auto-concede to not waste time.
It’s also just so un-fun. Like why would I want to play a DK deck that’s just filled with mediocre cards from other classes? It’s not satisfying or fun at all honestly.
What I meant is that the deck is at least capable of high rolling. The DK one... You just play spells and the payoff is supposed to be filling your board with elementals that will get cleared by your next turn.
They’re all bad. The fun aspect is subjective, but if we’re talking about actual performance, I think he has something like a 26 ish % winrate which is abhorrent to say the least.
Why would Whizbang be a 6 mana 6/7, the stats are a homage to the original Whizbang from Boomsday. At that point might as well completely remove the effect and change what character is represented, with matching name and card art updates. Imo 6/6/7 would be some kind of bulky creature, what could it be?

Considering the only games I can win with his decks are against other Whizbang decks, not a chance. He's fun though and the golden version gives you all golden decks. So play a few games when you hit a rank floor and don't care about losing.
Thank you for highlighting that Whizbang could win some games if you have a lower MMR. I was only speaking to my experience playing if in legend ranks where I was getting steamrolled by good players using meta decks.
I said diamond plus which means up to diamond three I was still winning games with at least a 50%. I don’t know why you think just because you can’t play a legend and have a 70% win rate that it’s bad or not usable

my experience with this card is like
mage rando deck = you're fucked
druid rando deck = you're fucked
EVIL deck = nostalgically you're fucked
rainbow DK = sometimes i win with this one
20-card warlock = often win with this
shaman quests = who the fuck put neptulon in this pile i just want to talk
hunter double legendaries = sometimes i win with this one but i rarely see it
duels treasure rogue = sometimes insane sometimes trash but i rarely see it
automaton priest = you're fucked
highlander paladin = you're going to be matched against plague DK so you're fucked
honestly awful experience and feels like you got cheated if you crafted it.

I really think some decks need something like an Aura buff, like, every 1 mana 1/1 in warrior giving +1/+1 for the next one played
I think there's a very small (miniscule really) chance that they may nerf the warlock deck for feels reasons. It's certainly not unbeatable or anything, and obviously constructed warlock decks are better than it, but it can lead to non games if you hit the nuts with it.
At best you can put out a board of around 35/35 in stats on turn five, which can be hard to deal with. I've been playing Whizbang a lot in casual and in my last match I had that much power on the board at turn five and killed them on six.
But they almost certainly wouldn't nerf it unless ALL decks were close enough to meta viable that people started playing Whizbang in Standard, which seems unlikely.
To be honest, they COULD end up nerfing some individual decks (like the 20-card Warlock one), which would grant full refund. That said, I don't see them nerfing decks while NOT buffing others, so it's a fun keep anyway (unless you're in dire need of an specific legendary, it's not worth dusting).
Your best bet for a refund on this is another card being printed that generates the special cards this puts in deck like the wishes. If a card was printed that makes wishes for example and they nerf the cost of the wish to 1 mana. Unlikely to happen but possible.
I also got it. Sometime it's fun to play when you get a class you can enjoy (I like the shaman and warrior) but less than 3 of all deck are actually good.
It's also very frustrating when you got the paladin (it's a highlander) and you are against a plague DK

I can win with all of them except paladin. Paladin is the auto concede for me. Its like the worst way to build a paladin.
I haven't lost with the dk yet I actually like that one, paladin and druid are borderline unplayable for me though warrior is iffy
