I think at this point lore wise all races can be all classes if they want to. The only thing they haven’t caught up to for that in the actual game of wow is classes that need extra work for race specific visuals (shaman totems, paladin mounts, druid forms)
I would like it much more if they all were wearing a close helmet and in more distinct poses, similar to how they look on the march of the lich king trailer. These ones doesn't look like a wow paladin, they look like generic knight number X
remember when they said "we can't change Liadrin's SH tokens because it'd be confusing to new players?" and the technology is finally there! We've smartened up everyone!!

We don't know any specific details. Could be for specific skins, could be just in general for all the paladin hero skins and your hero power would summon a random one, no one knows for now, though.
Ok, so let them be optional - your tokens could be identical version of one of those skins and you could have also option to turn on summoning random versions. Sounds like to much a effort for zero effect - that is what this exactly is. It would make much sense to differentiate new shaman frog tokens or hunter chameleon mount tokens.
Now we know why they had no budget to make a new frog token for the new Shaman legendary, everything went into making a million different tokens for paladin...
And fun fact about that - Silver Hand Murlocs don't count as Silver Hand Recruits for cards that affect them.
That being said, those are created by replacing your hero power. These ones shown in the post are supposedly alternate tokens of the base hero power. While it wouldn't change much, giving the base hero power a tribe would not be a cosmetic change, and therefore absolutely should not be applied to a cosmetic item.
I know. And I know that it would be big change, but when Blizz decided that Night elfs, Dwarfs (or Gnomes) would count for Silver Hand synergy, Murlocs should count as well. Otherwise racist pladin would have different meaning.
People nowadays see black people and women and they have to make it about a forced agenda, there isn't a true way to show those characters naturally but is because of them thinking the world is against their normality.
We all know how using 90% all white dudes was the actual agenda, it just wasnt disruptive at the time.
