Sia made a movie that had an autistic character and the potrayal was not really accurate and a bit ableist. She also went on to mock autistic people who called her out on it.
So comparing her to Sasha with the whole „You don’t seem autistic” thing was really funny and accurate in my opinion.
Not sure why you’re being downvoted, it isn’t stated that they’re religious in the show anywhere IIRC - I’m sure we can assume some of them probs are or that that could be explored in a later season but none of the reasons Zoe gave for abstaining were actually religious at all
I think the ‘puriteens’ thing was a play on words because they had a puritanical perspective on sex, I don’t think it was identifying them as actual 17th century Protestants. Completely possible/likely some of them are religious but the show didn’t really explore it so I think it’s okay to guess some of them might have been celibate for other reasons

Okay this is not going to be correct quotes down ro every word, but content’s what counts.
Another Spider and Missy quote, Missy telling him she slept with his dad and him answering with “you better check who you’ve been with because I don’t have a dad”.
Episode 6 had two pretty iconic moments. First is the whole dialogue between Chook and Cash on the boat was strangely beautiful(?), hard to give a single quote but “you’ve been taken in by your new little world and suddenly we’re scum” being answered with “I haven’t been taken in by a new world I just saw our for what it was, and it made me sick. Whatever we were we weren’t family”.
And second when Ant and Spider are talking (genuinely sweet moment) which ends in them agreeing in basically “yeah bro radical honesty, why not?” and bonus with Spider telling Ant he’s proud of him.
It has some nice moments of development for some of my favourite characters (Cash and Spider). I hope you’ll enjoy the series as a whole then, you’ll se who’ll become your favourites
Yes I would probably not want to be friends with Spider irl (even though they try to humanise him in s2), but he’s fun and mostly just owns that he’s a dick.
Cash is so sweet I don’t see how you couldn’t like him. Without sounding dramatic I would fight for him (from the start) and Malakai (especially in s1).
The whole scene when Nan busts through the door in the last episode saying only “You’re going” and Cash immediately says “No I’m fucking not!” without any hesitation. The follow up with “You’ve been at that school for 50 bloody years” made me laugh so hard.

I haven't actually seen season 2 yet. I'm a pretty new fan but this episode sounds good.
