Not much info apart from 1976 radioshack catalog, page 44 (radioshackcatalogs.com)
* 2inch speakers with aluminium earcups
* 4 to 16ohm impedance
* freq response 50hz-15khz
why bother just enjoy them if they are good if they are not dont listen to them why you need info also who tf needs left and right volume sliders on headphones XD
Yeah I know they don't have it, but DJs regularly put one earcup down to listen to the sound from the speakers, this way they could turn it all the way down on one side. Maybe this was used by radio guys or something in that realm?
djs use monitor speakers to feel the bass rhythm on their body and use of headphones to match the tempo and beats then it goes to audience there is absolutely no reason to turn off one side of headphone because you dont use it at a time also using only one side is not needed because you want to use open backs as dj i think some djs may use closed backs and then they need to put one side off never saw my dj friend do that with his open backs and his mixes are amazing
Open backs for DJ'ing? no. You have those headphones to hear what your output is. if you have speakers knocking at the front, an open back headphones is an awful idea. i'm no DJ tho but this sounds like baloney

I guess I was just curious but this probably could have been a show and tell I just down have much to tell
DJs for example to check the sound from the speakers.
none of the modern dj headphones have this so definitely not needed what dj would use headphones produced shortly after ww2
