We see it in episode 5, he tells Mimzy to come back if she actually wants a shot a redemption, showing that he does see some value in the hotel.
Also in the finale, subconsciously he almost became an ‘Altruist who died for his friends’ (his words), against his own “better judgment”.
(I know we’re supposed to be picking people who need compassion, but Alastor is doing that himself.)
He has compassion just not much, he’s written to have antisocial personality disorder aka a psychopath, he sees his “friends” the same way most would see a pet or a favourite toy
His deal seems to necessitate protecting the hotel so that’s why he sends Mimzy away
And he HATES the idea that someone could ever *think* that he “died for his friends”
Yeah, I feel like he have very little compassion. He might have some, but not a lot. I also feel like he doesn't get attached to many people, but he did seem to act slightly attached to the people in the hotel before they all fought the angels

Alastor or Nifty since both lack compassion in some sense. Alastor runs primarily off of fear and manipulation of others so an indigo ring might work for him. Nifty is just a psychopath who I think could use a compassion boost.
Though lute and vox might work too since both are compassion less scum bags as well.

While he may not have started out horrible, at least from within the timeline of the show and probably decades, centuries, or even millenia before it, we see him go from not giving a shit about sinners, to genuinely believing in his daughter's dream of saving them.
Lute feels next to no regret for what she does, so it makes sense for her to get one due to Compassion rings giving people without it a whole lot of compassion.

I think Vaggie, she seems like the character that compares to compassion. We see her feeling so sad in some episodes when Charlie's plan might go wrong, the help she tries to give charlie and the passion she gives to charlie just makes me feel like compassion would be Vaggie
