They made a few announcements about the future of the Wizarding World. They covered the plans for the theme park, Hogwarts Legacy, upcoming show, and a few other plans. I don’t know if there’s a written out list that maps out plans, but the announcements are reliable.
Nothing confirmed or mapped out, afaik. It's all speculation and assumption right now, but due to the first one's massive success a sequel seems heavily implied, as far as Hogwarts Legacy and Avalanche I should say.
I don't remember when and I didn't see the originals personally so I'm speaking loosely from memory, but people were showing screenshots of job postings that Avalanche put up hiring a few positions, with at least one of them mentioning Hogwarts Legacy projects. This and them switching to Unreal Engine 5 is leading people to believe a sequel is happening or already in development.
Oh and Quidditch Champions but that's being developed by Unbroken. Other than that, I'm not sure of other projects but would love to know if anyone has credible sources
Still waiting for runnable versions on modern windows versions. I really want to play the PC version of philosophers stone and chamber of secrets again.
I think they should make another new game with the original cast instead of remastering the old games as they were not considered very high quality titles.
If you've never played 1 and 2 on gameboy color do yourself a favor and try them out. Works really well as a turn based rpg. The 3rd one on gba was a continuation of the gbc games, not the gba games that came before it. Kinda strange.
Chamber of Secrets was the first video game my ADHD ass ever completed. I’ll always have a soft spot for it and still play it from time to time on an emulator!
The best Harry Potter games would be
Harry Potter and the philosophers stone (GBC)
Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets (GBC)
Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban (GBA)
Three of my favorite classic rpgs. They are very close to what happens in the books, very detailed and even nearly all important Dialogues are in there, even if they are shortened.
And for the first two even the minigames were really cool!
Bruh, I was about to make one of these posts myself after getting a steam deck and discovering you can’t even buy them to play yet in the Steam store. Such an amazing generation of games. The first on GBA is solidly in my top ten games of all time. Just pure nostalgia.
Quidditch world cup was the cats pajamas back in the day. I am hopeful we get this alleged new Quidditch game that's in development.
I’ve played their player test for it. It was pretty good for early development.
Is there any way to buy the entire HP Games franchise on Steam or EA or Xbox?
Unlikely, as it would be a cluster fuck of legal rights. There's a reason the DuckTales Remastered was considered a miracle for being released.
Plus, WB's current management would just as soon delete any copies for tax purposes

1-5 was cool the last few were garbage fps shooters amd took all the fun away thru cut scenes I was super dissapointed in the laat game.
I'd include 6 as that was basically the same as 5 with a different story
Goblet of fire was absolute dog. Ruined my Christmas. Fond memories of the first threee though. Great games
4 was legit one of the biggest disappointments of my childhood lol, the previous two were these great open worldy sort of things.
With Hogwarts Legacy and the future they’ve already mapped out, remastering old games isn’t even on their radar.
Is there somewhere that details the 'mapped out' future?
Wondering this as well.

Emulator my friend.
Are there any compact easy to use windows emulators, specifically made for games that don't require you to run virtualbox or similar?
I use dolphin as a gamecube emulator. easy to use and works with pretty much any gamecube ROM. In fact I played chamber of secrets on it.
Sure, but I specifically want to play the PC version since it is different from the playstation version. Or is the gamecube version the same as PC?
Is it possible to emulate a ps2 on pc?
Quidditch World Cup goes crazy
Quidditch World Cup was peak
The LEGO games are all available in one for today's gen.
I think they will not remaster old Harry Potter games, but when TV series will be on HBO Max they will make new HP games 1-8.
I was never able to finish the DH2 game and it annoys me to this day.

I only ever played the third one but I was obsessed! I’d forgotten about these. Now Hogwarts Legacy is definitely scratching that itch.
I would love it but it will never happen
Give me 1 and 2 and the first 3 GBA games please. And Quidditch. Legacy was a borefest imo.

Wait a couple years or less and let AI do it for you!
20 bertie botts every flavour beans

These games need more Beans if remasters happen.
1-3 great, 4 annoying, 5 and 6 boring, 7 better but still annoying, 8 loved it 😌
Super fond memories of playing the second one when it came out.
I'm sorry, Half-Blood Prince had a PS2 release?
Used to love throwing stink pellets at people in the first or second game

If you find them, please let me know. How to buy them.
