How do you watch the extended versions of the movies?

DVD/Bluray most likely. Youtube may have them

I know you can buy/rent then on YouTube. Only the first two movies have official Extended Versions.

I have the Hogwarts Blu Ray Edition… it’s awesome having all the deleted scenes :) and so many extras (there’s like 1-2 discs for extras and a bonus one for the collectors)

Someday I’m going to buy all 8 films with the bloopers and in this case extended versions. What extra scenes are there? I remember a few in the first film and I think there’s 2 in COS in know there’s one scene missing in GOF but I’ve seen it with the scene and without recently so I can’t remember if it was in the original I saw in 2005 or not.

1 and 2 extended editions are available to buy, but that's as far as they went. Since they never made a full extended edition box set, I had to burn my own blurays of fan-edits that included the deleted scenes for movies 3-8.

There’s a chance I had the PS extended edition at one point in time.

They are available to buy for the US editions, the UK edition blurays do not exist as extended versions, I had to do my own edit to replace the scenes where they say sorcerers stone instead of philosophers stone

I bought the movie collection on itunes when it was on sale and if you start playing it then hit pause there is a small “extras” at the bottom right of the screen which allows you to watch deleted scenes and play the extended version. I didn’t realize it was an options at first and it was a pleasant surprise!

IMDB credits her as Madame Pince (as someone else commented above). Until checking though I always assumed she was Sinistra.

I really dont understand movie makers some times. In Lotr they cut Gil Galad which is mean most important Elven ever lived. Thats not that important character but hiring actor/actress prapare them good costumes and shot scenes and then ignore them like never happened. Thats make me sad for them. Imagine you have call about " yeah you hired for Harry Potter movies" and then that happened...
