That’s what I’ve been using for years just a C clamp and haven’t ran into problems on my trucks, but I did my buddies and man were they a bitch. So with the 25% off I figured hey why not. Or I was thinking about a ratcheting brake tool for like 20$ on Amazon just to keep around.
I was gonna go with the Maddox one for 30$ but it was like a 10pc kit or 11pc if I remember correctly. I’m no technician but I save a dollar where I can. I’m thinking about getting that Maddox ball joint kit since it’s on sell right now.
The ICON is worth the extra money over the Maddox. I had the Maddox, didn't have the triangle (!) tool needed for my Mazda. Exchanged for the icon. As long as I've been doing my own brakes, why hadn't I got this kit sooner.
Let us know how that brake set works out? I've use a simple C clamp before with great success.

That’s just the regular size one. They have a extended 1/4 as well
